Lovely hotel but expensive!

Pros: It was very clean and the staff worked very hard to ensure we were looked after. Plus, the band we had come to see were staying in the hotel!
Cons: A pool!
Location: Not a lot and a taxi to Amsterdam costs 60 euros.
The hotel was spotless and the staff were very helpful. However, our room was not ready on arrival and we were going to have to wait for several hours before we could enter our accommodation. As my mother is 78 and frail, I had to pay to upgrade to a business suite so that she could lay down and recover from the journey. However, the service was excellent and the food was delicious, albeit a bit pricy. This is a lovely hotel and worth treating yourself to but not suitable if you are on a budget.

Very handy for airport. Free shuttle every 20 mins

Pros: The beds, rooms, pillows
Cons: Breakfast was not worth the cost
Location: Very handy for the airport
Arrived early in the morning and a room was immediately available. Breakfast was overpriced. We paid for upgrade which was just over the price of two breakfasts and with the upgrade the breakfast was free. If wanted the shuttle bus would take you to the airport to eat as the hotel food could be expensive. The upgraded rooms were excellent, the beds the most comfortable I've slept in and with a choice of 6 different types of pillow you would have to be rather difficult to not sleep well. On the whole the best hotel I've ever stayed in.

Excellent! Courteous efficient staff. Some confusion with shuttle bus pick up from airport over the weekend but otherwise great.

Superb hotel

We stayed here for 1 night. Nice modern decor and very clean throughout hotel and in room. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay here again. Excellent value for money!

Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam airport

As I was going to a wedding in Amsterdam it was my first trip to the country and needed alot of advice and help, everything about the hotel was grade 1 and the staff made sure I got to the wedding on time, this was a very nice hotel and would recommend the hotel to everyone,

A weekend in Amsterdam

Pros: The room was very spacious
Cons: information about the times the train finishes in the night
Location: No much to do in this area but easy access to the train an in 15 - 20 minutes you will be in the heart of Amsterdam
Fantastic Service great room, clean, easy to get anywhere in town,

Tulips in Amsterdam

Cons: Shuttle bus
I and my friend stayed in this hotel as it was closed to the airport, and we wanted to visit Keukenhof Gardens as early in the morning as possible (bus to the gardens departs from the airport). Hotel was great, very clean and comfortable, hotel staff very polite and professional, excellent food. The only issue we had was a hotel shuttle to/ from the airport - it is rather a small bus and though it runs every 20/30 min, sometimes we had to wait longer than that as it was full.

Well located for Schiphol Rijk companies

15 minutes by hotel shuttle which means you might have to hang around for 15 minutes or so for the bus at the airport. Formulaic Radisson hotel, ticks all the boxes. Breakfast outrageous at EUR25K, but if you spend EUR35K for a superior room upgrade it doesn't feel so bad, though I guess that's psychological - not sure the upgrade is really worth it. Not so keen on the black and yellow room décor. Room quiet. Wouldn't stay here again unless I was visiting one of the technology companies in Schiphol Rijk.
