We had a great experience there, as 6 young girls we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The staff was great and helped us with whatever we needed as well!

Very nice hostel with a cool vibe and spacious shared areas. Good breakfast, nice outside sitting area. Convenient to take a tram downtown. The one problem is very slow and unreliable wifi in the rooms.

Really lovely hostel, friendly helpful staff, good facilities, nice rooms that are kept un good condition. Despite curfew restrictions good night life and entertainment, food was lovely. No real downsides, we did however have some rude guests who were shouting and banging on room doors having been shut out by friends at 3am! However this isnt really the hostel's fault. Good comfortable stay all in all and would recommend.

very good overall, maybe the room could have been warmer, the shower room water was overflowing at any short or long shower, the water was hot then cold at intervals. we also thought we had a free minifridge bar but we didn't, and never found out but for the rest we had a very good stay.

Good value. Basic but good room. Good location
Good for what it is. Private room in hostel. Very basic. No TV or phone. No kettle, cups or complimentary tea/coffee. One towel and locker. Need own lock. Bed not the most comfortable but not the worst either. Room big and felt secure. Nice hi ceiling and large windows. Being in hostel I expected it to be noisy but room is in private area away from dorms. Stayed weekend so there was music in bar until about 12.30am but very feint so didn't disturb. The hostel itself is good - a little expensive but good value for Amsterdam. Breakfast is basic and paid separately and wasn't worth it. Staff friendly but reception is busy being a hostel. Overall my stay was good and I would stay again.

A Travellers Treat
Stayed there for Martin Garrix concert , found it to be a great spot to stay, might make 1 suggestion , and that is to let ppl know which tram to get , if youse already do that , I missed that and ended up on wrong tram .

Room price was a little steep for a family of 6, but we probably could have gotten a better price had we booked the room earlier. No frills room (3 bunk beds), private bathroom and shower (towels or shampoo not provided). Husband was a little shocked that we literally had to make our own beds (not that easy on the top bunk). However, we were (or should have been) aware of all this as it was all exactly as advertised). Lobby area was awesome - one of the best gathering places I’ve seen, with many games and cozy chairs provided. Breakfast was excellent at a good price (7 Euro per person). Hostel was easily reached via tram from the central train station. Would recommend.

For the price it is a excellent place to be..... customer service was 110%. Bar/food staff were amazing. One of the staff members from Liverpool gave us some of the best customer service I’ve ever had ✅

Great little find, check in was really informative and staff behind the desk were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and public transport advice such as night buses. The location was great, a 10 minute walk from the train from the airport and a minute or so from the tram into town. The room was very basic as you'd expect, but clean and spacious. We had breakfast included within the cost of our stay and it was definitely worth it. Coffee/tea and juice on tap with varied options for a continental style breakfast. It seemed like a lot of guests picked up enough bread, fruit etc to have a packed lunch too, (great idea) but this didn't cause a problem as staff were replenishing the buffet quickly.

Clean hostel with helpful staff
We stayed here for one night. We are a family of 5 and the hostel was perfect for us. There were lots of young travellers but we saw a few families too. I'd definitely recommend; a good option with helpful staff.

Overall a decent hostel. You have to put on your own sheets, and your room does not have a personal area to lock up your belongings. There are lockers downstairs that cost 2euro a day for a small size. There are larger lockers as well, that would fit about one backpack. There is also an open storage room for luggage with no locks. Saw the cleaning lady not change the comforters. We had the luxury of an accessible room, so the shower was very nice, and we only shared with three other people each night. Our first night we actually had the entire room to ourselves, which was nice. The crowd at this hotel is very young which = lots of noise in the halls and just outside the hotel at all hours. The staff did not do anything to mitigate the noise. Breakfast is pretty good, with deli meats and cheeses, as well as yogurt, fruit, and granola/cereal. However, the line is very long on weekend mornings. We would consider staying here again, perhaps not on a weekend.

Clean hotel and the room we stayed in, friendly staff, good location about 5mn walk to nearest tram stop and then 12mn journey to Dam square!! We were 3 so booked a room for 4 for us and we were given a 6 person room! Reasonable prices! Enjoyed it.

Awesome experience
Excellent (spacious and clean) rooms with linen change everyday, friendly staff, decent breakfast, good wifi, great misc. facilities like bike rental, snack/bar sold, etc. I would strongly recommend this hostel given its affordability and size.

Nice hostel in Amsterdam
Me and my friend been in this hostel for 5 days, the room was clean everything was cleasr and tidy. the sheets and blankets where enveloped in a plastic bag and the room was clean. Breakfast was nice but it hasnt a variety of things. Hostel staff very nice and answering all our questions.

What I liked most was the customer service, it was great, they were really helpful. I liked that you could rent bikes from the hostel. The rooms were big but a little run down, only a little though. Overall good stay though I would have loved a few more hot options for breakfast!

One of the biggest hostels I've seen, with great service and excellent buffet breakfast. Location in a relatively quiet residential area which was very peaceful and a short tram ride into the city centre.
