Cons: meal service options
The hotel service was fine but I found the breakfast buffet which was the only option available, far too expensive. Fortunately I had time to spare so could enjoy the surroundings and take my time, but in future I would find another spot for meals. On weekends, the evening dining room was closed and only the sports bar was open. It was okay, but nothing special.

Hotel was excellent, staff were very friendly & helpful. Shuttle bus to/from airport was very useful. Amsterdam is a very colourful vibrant city. Will definitely be back.

Pros: Nice facility, kind people, very clean, free internet
Cons: More regular buses from the airport would be nice.
Location: Ten minute shuttle bus ride from Schipol Airport
I arrived late at the airport and had a quick one-night stay at the hotel. It is well-maintained and staffed by capable, friendly people. No complaints!

Pros: The facilities
Location: the shuttle is perfect for the transport to metro station

Very close to the airport, even by car, it is easy to access the car rental return parking lot. Didn't try the restaurant.

Pros: Having a hard time to come up with anything.
Cons: Service needs major improvement.
Location: Located near the airport, this is a functional hotel.
- Hotel is close to the airport but operates shuttle bus only past 6am which means you have to arrange your own taxi (about EUR22). Trip takes 15 mins. Staff had to be asked to arrange the taxi booking, obviously not deemed part of the service. - Staff recommended 2-3 hours arrival at the airport prior to departure of international flight - obviously not familiar with timelines, and reluctant to find out the exact details. It is sufficient to check in 50 mins prior to departure if you have hand luggage only as security checks are done right in front of the boarding area. - Minibar is non-existent/was entirely empty - still they take a deposit instantly (even if room has been paid up front) for all the "things you will take out". - Wi-Fi was an utter disgrace and would only work on the ground floor/near reception - my room was on the 2nd level. - 2 telephones in the room did not work (wake up call/operator occupied for over an hour) - Bathroom was overheated, poor ventilation - room air condition worked well though - Instead of the queen size bed booked I was given two single beds - no explanation or apology - Gym closes at 11pm and opens at 6am - the pool's opening hours are even shorter Staff seemed to be unhappy about their drunk British customers - and offered a frosty welcome with extremely limited service at a room rate not justified by the standard.

Pros: Nice premium rooms
Cons: Heating not good, very poor WiFi coverage in room, slow Internet. Breakfast is too expensive.
Location: Schipol airport is 15 minutes away using the shuttle bus, which runs in 30 minutes intervals.
Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are nice, but with poor WiFi coverage and Internet speed. Breakfast is good, but very expensive.

Pros: Very nice staff, rooms are very nice
Cons: Shuttle. It doesn't run until 6:00 AM which means anyone with a flight before 8:30 have to cab (20 Euro).
Location: Near the airport, but a long slow shuttle ride to get to other transportation services such as rail or bus to Amsterdam.
open and airy entrance, hotel looked nice. Located on opposite side of airport (Schiphol is HUGE), you can wait at the airport up to 30 minutes for a shuttle.
