Nice close to airport.

Pros: I like having transportation from the airport. Bike rental.
Cons: Have airport shuttle 24 hours or start earlier than 6 am, especially since many leaves at 7 am and need to be at the airport earlier than 6am.
Location: The location close to the airport. Can take the rental bike and go to a large park or 40 minutes ride to Amsterdam city center.
The staff helpful and nice. I enjoyed having a clean and comfortable room.

Just good!

Pros: Style, sharp look at entry, good dinner, good size room
Cons: Found a hairpiece in the bathroom.....thus cleaning to be improved A minor disturbance due to knocking at 7:00 am on the door by a servant- mistake?
Location: Not experienced this time
Started with the shuttle being on time at the airport, followed by a quick ride to the hotel and excellent reception. Good impression of the lobby area, the room when entering and the service with good quality food at dinner. The following morning when leaving the shuttle was on time.

Comfortable hotel

Modern hotel and comfortable. Late restaurants and bar so dinner is available till 2 pm. only breakfast is expensive at 33 euros

More quality without the high price

Have stayed here twice for one night before flights out of Schiphol. Quick reliable shuttle to/from Schiphol. Friendly, attentive service, clean professional rooms, very good workout and restaurant facilities. Unfortunate minor distractions on service and comfort: 1. Fish (fish and chips) in the pub style restaurant was partially undercooked. When you tell the server this when they asked 'how was the meal', then only having the server say they are sorry is not enough. 2. Even for Europe, the pillows on the beds are flat and took extra effort to get comfortable.

A great Hotel

Pros: The bed was sensational with the best mattress and pillows I have yet encountered in all my travels
Cons: The heated bathroom floor was unnecessary in summer but nice regardless!
This Hotel is ideal for either rail or air travellers because a courtesy bus is available to transport you quickly. There is no noise from the planes and yet it is only 10 minutes away. The rooms are large and comfortable with an excellent restaurant for all meals plus a bar with food also. Quick trains from the airport to Amsterdam, make this an ideal stay for holidaymakers and business people alike. Highly recommended

Nice Hotel in the Middle of Nowhere!

Pros: The rooms were clean, nice and large and the hotel staff were polite and cooperative.
Cons: More shuttle rides during the peak hours.
Location: Too far away from anything.
The hotel is nice and its crew were fantastic. I had a major issue with its distance to the airport and also the noise of a major event (festival) that took place during the weekend I stayed there. The deafening non-stop noise lasted until 12 midnight on the first night and 11 p.m. on the second night. Make sure you are not booking it for the first weekend of August--or the next time this festival is scheduled.

Nice Hotel with below average food and hidden fees

Pros: Clean, good service, free hotel shuttle
Cons: I got charged 50 euros for incidentals when my expedia booking said everthing was paid in full - made the price a bit of a blowout - not happy Jan!
Location: Free shuttle back to airport in morning was a bonus, last run to hotel was midnight and I missed it (25 euros for taxi)
Hotel was fine, food was below average for the price that was purchased in the bar/restaurant in the lobby.

I'm good hotel! Near the airport... the shuttle bus is excellent, too. I only not like the wifi speedy it is slow connection.

Good location close to airport

I previously have stayed at this hotel during winter months and all was great. This time I traveled during the month of July(which I learned was the hottest week for Amsterdam all year). Cleanliness and beds are great but the air conditioning in our two rooms we booked were out and it was miserably hot. Went down to the lobby and heard others mention it to the staff and they said it would not be fixed until days later because something about them having to dig a hole to fix the issue and it was also the weekend. Being from the states my family and I are used to air conditioning and did not sleep the last 2 nights we were so uncomfortable. We tried to open the window because the windows allow you to a slight crack but the outside air smelled awfully bad it penetrated our whole room that we had to close it. Its unfortunate that it was just not our luck this time around as the other times we have stayed were great but due to the bad experience I will more than likely never stay here again.
