Good Location

Pros: Free internet, free fruit, and nice sauna, steam room and pool.
Location: McDonald's near by bus. Near airport.
Helpful staff. Massage available in the gym facilities. A view of a canal next to the hotel.

Clean, comfortable hotel, airport transfer tricky

Room was well appointed, hotel was clean, front-desk staff were polite and courteous. One of the restaurants (Trattoria) was closed due to holidays (we travelled in late July), but there was a bar available. We did not eat in the bar, so cannot comment on the quality of food and service. Spa and swimming pool is available, we did not have time to check it out. My main complaint about this hotel is the airport transfer service. It runs every half an hour and uses two minibuses, from what I could see, one with capacity for 20 passengers and the other for 10. I would not stay here again if on a tight schedule, because the shuttle service is too loosely organised. There is no way of booking your place on a shuttle, it is a first-come-first-serve arrangement which does not work very well because people start pushing in as soon as they realise the shuttle is too small to take everyone onboard. You have to be prepared to elbow your way onto the shuttle minibus. Chivalry is nonexistent, I have had a male airline crew member push in in front of me just because he could. When we were taking the shuttle, four people had to be left behind due to lack of seats. They were told another shuttle would come and collect them in a few minutes. I do not know how well that worked, but if you are in a hurry to get to the airport, you'll find this a stressful experience. The shuttle drivers were doing their best to be very polite and friendly and that helped control the situation somewhat.

Rotterdam carnival weekend

Perfect location if u want to explore both Amsterdam (too much touristy) or Rotterdam (much more my pace) as the airport is situated approx 20 mins from both cities (fast train). Hotel shuttle bus reliable and comfortable 10 mins to the airport. unfortunately Rotterdam carnival was cancelled due to extreme windy weather so we took the opportunity to use the spa facilities 👌🏾 lovely pool and steam room.

空港に近いホテル

空港に近く、設備やレストランでのスタッフの対応はとてもよかったです。 朝食は品種も多く、宿泊費に匹敵していましたが、夜のレストランは価格の割に今一歩でした。 レストランのスタッフはとても対応が素晴らしかったです。

Very convenient hotel for Schiphol Airport

Perfect for a layover in Amsterdam, just 10 mins by free shuttle from the airport, and it runs every half hour like clockwork. Very nice dinner and excellent breakfast, and a beautiful spa. HIghly recommended.

No provision for very early flights---

Location: nothing near by.
Excellent facilities. No provision for early flights--before 0700; no transportation nor even a grab and go breakfast nor coffee in lobby. Good value if you have a mid day departure.

Great hotel at the airport

Pros: We liked the fact that it was very new and modern and the bathroom was huge. The hotel also has a bar/bistro that is open 24 hours.
Cons: We did have a problem with staff answering emails that we needed answered fairly quickly.
Location: The airport is only 10 minutes drive by shuttle but there are no shops or take away shops nearby so we have no idea what there is to do nearby.
The hotel is fairly new so rooms are neat and very clean with modern furniture and the facilities are very nice. The airport shuttle is excellent and at no cost and run every 1/2 hour. We didn't get to eat breakfast so cannot comment on that. The only drawback for this hotel is that it is not close to any shops nearby that we could see but there is a government bus to somewhere.
