“Very satisfied”

We were unsure what to expect due to other reviews but we stipulated that we were tired travellers and required peace and quiet on arrival. We arrived to pleasant staff who made us welcome despite our jetlag and everything was satisfactory. Some of our party did not like the American way of fast service, ie disposable plates and no service for breakfast but understand this is easy hotel life!

I was very pleased with the Fairfield Hotel, especially the cleanliness of the room and the courteous service afforded by the staff.

“Always a Favorite”

When ever we travel to Anchorage we try to stay at this hotel. The staff is always helpful and courteous. They seem to remember us and our needs. The only complaint we ever have is that in the summer months They raise the prices to over double what we pay in the winter months and we just can't seem to justify staying there then.

“Very Nice!”

Very helpful staff with great service. Rooms were extremely nice and location was good (about 40 blocks from downtown). Taxi ride was about $12.00, but cost of this hotel as compared to those downtown more than justified that. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

“A Bargin for a nice place”

Room was big and beds were very comfortable. Quiet, wish we could have stayed longer. Will stay there when we go back.

“Good place to stay”

hotel is located near many places we wanted to go. Several good Restaurants were nearby. Hotel staff was pleasant, checkout time at noon is good. Hotel generally is clean and in good repair, and the room was clean and neatly maintained, especially the bathroom. Particularly liked the high speed internet connection available in room..We used our laptop extensively on this connection to good effect. We plan to visit the Anchorage Fairfield again on our future trips to town.

“Wonderful Experience”

Staff was very welcoming and professional. The convenience of a business service center helped maintain the minor work communication I needed while on vacation. We also utilized the exercise room and pool, plus laundry room which was helpful given the length of our stay. Complimentary laundry supplies, trolley service, outstanding breakfast and the warm cookies each evening were wonderful touches that stood out. I travelled with my senior father and two young sons, and we were very pleased with our experience - it could not have gone better.
