I thought the breakfast buffet was excellent because they offered cheese omelettes as well as sausage links, hash browns,hard boiled eggs,oatmeal and yogurt. The room was nice and had q great bathroom with an accessible shower and 3 trashcans available. The main thing i would have changed would be to have more people working at the front desk during check in hours because we had to wait about 30 minutes for our room to be inapected before we were able to get in.

Arrived at 8pm on a Friday. Parking lot is poorly lighted, several cars with people in them, windows down pot smoke all around. Super sketchy on what was going on there. The lady that checked us in was not rude but had strong body odor, stained t-shirt on and was disinterested. Curtains in room didn’t cover the whole window and the glass on the window was so dirty it was hard to see the parking lot. Morning time was much better. Food was good, eating area was clean and the Philippino lady working the food was very friendly, inviting and helpful.

I’ll start off with the positive. House keeping was incredibly nice and helpful. Front desk staff were pleasant. I wish I had more positives to write but it ends there. Parking lot was slippery and semi dangerous to navigate. I know ANC received a lot of snow this year but you would think that more up keep would be done for the safety of guests, especially walking back and forth to the restaurant that is across the parking lot. The pool was unclean and gross in my opinion. Lots of clumps of hair floating around. Room was ok. Was clean, but we weren’t able to make coffee because the coffee pot was missing a key component. No fan in bathroom. Beds are very soft so if you have back problems, beware. Fridge didn’t feel all that cold and seemed old and outdated. My biggest issue was front desk and shuttle employees smoking right outside the front door to the hotel so the small entry way and lobby smelled strongly of smoke. As a former smoker who’s worked in hospitality before, I don’t think it’s courteous or professional to be smoking in front of the hotel while working. Will be staying at another hotel when we travel down to ANC next time.

People sleeping in their car in parking lot, loud music playing from downstairs filtering in room 24/7, only two towels provided the entire stay and the car alarms going off at 5am were undesirable. Other than that, rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and staff was friendly.

I waited 45 minutes for the airport shuttle even after talking with the lady twice. The first time I called she said 20 minutes then after 25 minutes passed I called again and I was told 10 minutes. Finally I got a cab after waiting 45 minutes. I got to the hotel and there was another guy waiting with no receptionist to be found. We stood there for 10 minutes before she came to the desk.
