Would not put my dogs there

Posted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: In need of total refurbishment
Location: Location was good
On arrival hotel looked unkept. Checked in, went to room which was dirty the bathroom was filthy and the sink taps were lose With dirt all around them. We complained and were put into another room which was not much better. The bedding smelt very dusty and very, very worn thin bedding. The hotel is in need of a full refurbishment. We had booked this hotel for our return trip but could not face another stay there and have booked elsewhere regardless of booking fee loss.

Not good

Posted May 19, 2014
Location is close to downtown, about a 10 minute walk. The air conditioning was broken in the room and was very musty. Requested it be fixed , took 2 attempts and then was moved to another room as it was broken and room was like a sauna . 2nd room, air worked. Carpet was filthy, with stains too numerous to count. They do provide shuttle service to airport was excellent.

Four sleepless nights

Posted Apr 24, 2014
Pros: Convenient location to access downtown restaurants and shops, and Ship Creek.
Cons: Heating, noise, update the whole hotel.
We stayed here for four nights and did not have a great experience. Our first room on the third floor was sweltering hot, even for two Australians who had just travelled from the Australian summer. We couldn't put the air conditioner on because it was too noisy, so had to open the window but this meant getting the noise from the street. When we complained to the front desk the staff were very helpful in getting us moved to another room. The next room was on the second floor, and the temperature was great, however there was a constant loud noise from the plumbing. This noise never stopped, and was so loud I could hear it even with ear plugs in. We endured two more sleepless nights before asking to be moved, but the room we were offered on the first floor was just as bad, so we stayed put and took a sleeping pill instead. Overall, the hotel is fairly run down. The carpets are stained, the towels are threadbare, and the shower was only just warm. The staff are pleasant but not overly enthusiastic. It's handy having the restaurant next door for breakfast, and having the discount vouchers. Food and service at the Slippery Salmon was really good. I would recommend the Slippery Salmon, but not the Ramada.

Nothing special

Posted Mar 22, 2014
The hotel is considerd downtown but its a good ways from everything else. Parking in free at the hotel most of the other hotels in downtown district charge. The room is average nothing special. My bed was really soft. The room was small so if there is more than one person you will be in each others space.

Not the fanciest place.. but super friendly. We didn't spend much time in room anyway.. so much to do downtown! Very well priced, great location to downtown. Very friendly people!

Terrible beds

Posted Feb 5, 2014
Pros: location, service from staff.
Cons: better mattresses.................and nicer rooms.
Location: Downtown.
This Ramada is well located, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit less than what you would expect from a Ramada...........and the beds are terrible. They are super soft mattresses that you might find in an old cheap motel. I had to leave after the first night as my lower back was killing me. I work on the road and stay in hotels six months out of the year. These were the softest mattresses I have seen in a long long time. For this reason, I will never stay again.

Mmmmmmmmmmm, not so good

Posted Jan 22, 2014
Cons: Cleaner rooms, fix the faucets, increase water temp. If someone reports that the coffee pot isn't working, then maybe bring a new one up.
Location: Nice area, close to mall and downtown location. Great restaurants within walking distance.
Room heater was noisy, faucets dripped/ ran, water would not get above lukewarm and the coffee pot was broken.....still had the water and coffee in it from the last person who tried it. I wouldn't recommend it unless desperate. The staff was great and friendly.
