“Comfortable”

I was surprised at how comfortable the bed was - bed comfort is very important to me. Usually a hotel that costs less has horrible beds but this is the exception to the rule. Not a fancy hotel, towels are thin and the furniture is OK but the employees were very friendly and helpful and as I said the bed was very comfortable. I recommend this to many others I have stayed at in Anchorage.

“Good for the money”

The hotel is in what seems to be an "older" part of town, with only a few restaurants close by, tho we did walk to a diner that was very nice. The staff was very helpful in arranging our transportation to the train station. The drivers were prompt and very curteous.

“Great location near the airport.”

The hotel was in a great location only about 12 minutes from the airport. There is also a 24 hour shuttle service between hotel and airport. Great family restaurant nearby.

“Nice and quiet”

I was there for an overnight while I waited fro the rest of my group to get to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though it,s right on the a mian road, it was still very quiet. When I leave Alaska, I will be doing a one night stop over and already have reservations for that night here. Would I reccommend this hotel to others-- YES.

“Anchorage Super-8 Experience”

We were traveling to Anchorage on personal business with a little sightseeing on the side. The state of Alaska as a whole is extremely beautiful and staying at the Super-8 was just an overnighter heading north to Palmer the next day. The room was great, very clean with nice friendly staff. The building is a bit aging in appearance and could use some current cosmetic update. The lobby for check-in or out is small and quite crowded when 7-8 people start gathering but no big deal unless you are in a hurry. It has a shuttle to & from the airport which is a great convenient. My travel experince with a stay at this Super-8 is good. I like the price, location and would highly recommend it.

We're not sure it was worth the price we paid for the room. Windows need washing!!

We chose to stay at the same motel on our return trip. The employees were extremely helpful in providing guidance to spots in Anchorage. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to others.

“Enjoying my stay in Anchorage Super 8 Hotel”

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely courtesy and look after my every need. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the vending machine carried a favorite drink of mine, Red Star.

This hotel is what you would expect for a super 8. I would stay again and again. I value is there.

“OK for the price”

We are smokers and had a cat with us, so our inexpensive choices were limited. I found the staff helpful and friendly. The room was showing a bit of wear and tear biut was not bad. The charge per pet per night is a bit high, particuarly if you have more than one pet.
