Hotel was Fine... nothing special, but a clean, convenient place to sleep.

“Some problems, but a quick reponse.”

The shower head was broken, the bathroom floor was very slippery, there was a white powder all over the heat/AC unit and the door lock was difficult to use. I reported these things to the front desk after our first night and they were repaired by 10am. Excellent response by the staff, however who's checking these things before quest check in?

“SMOKING IN NON-SMOKING ROOMS”

There were guests smoking in the non-smoking rooms all over the hotel and the staff knew it yet they did nothing. the non-smoking rooms next to me were smoking the entire 24 hour period and the smoke filled my room day and night. i couldn't sleep. i told the staff that evening bvut they did nothing. i barely slept. i had to leave the room and hotel early that morning. no fruit in compl. breakfast and breakfast area dirty. terrible stay - no sleep.
