I am truly sorry that your stay was not up to standards. Unfortunately, we can not control what other guests do, this is not our normal guest and we do ask guests to leave when we catch them breaking the rules. I am not sure why there was no cream cheese or orange juice it was there this morning when I came on shift. I have issued a maintenance order for the wallpaper.

I am so sorry you felt that you needed to respond with this score but unless you are 21 years of age you can not rent at any hotel.
