Excellent, staff was quick, courteous, & friendlyPosted Feb 10, 2014
Pros: Room was comfortable upon arrival, no need to monkey with the thermostat. Bed was ample & comfortable with choice of firm or soft pillows & LCD TV.
Cons: Would be nice if there was a room safe
Originally booked for 4 nights, due to unscheduled cancellations of trainings had to shift booking to one night. Since this was booked through Expedia it had to be altered hrough them. Explained situation to them and Expedia took care of the rest with only one phone call from me to verify all was taken care.

Very well keptPosted Jan 12, 2014
Holiday inn is usually a nice place to stay. However this Holiday Inn was unusually luxurious, comfortable a very well kept. Nice furniture, flat screen tv and staff was very courteous. The whole hotel and my room seemed very brand new down to the carpet and very well laid bathroom tiles.

Nice hotel, great staff.Posted Oct 1, 2013
Pros: Good location, great staff.
Location: Located near lots of restaurants and shopping. Also close to downtown where there are several awesome restaurants.
Enjoyed our stay. Very accommodating, professional and friendly staff. Small cleanliness issue in our room but they moved us into a new room. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay here again.

Going beyond the call of duty!Posted Sep 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
This place was always great. The staff has always been amazing. BUT this past visit tops the chart. They truly went beyond the call of duty. The cook overheard me talking to guest services that I had missed breakfast and didn't have time to go get lunch before my next appointment. I had been interviewing all morning and didn't have time to even check out on time. The cook came over to me and offered to open the kitchen up and fix me something. I didn't know he was even around to hear what I had said. He fixed me lunch and I got and extended check-out. Amazing place to stay!

Glad we stayed therePosted Aug 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
I'm really glad we stayed there. I paid a little extra on hotels.com for the breakfast, and it was well worth it. The only weird thing is that it didn't say anywhere that I had paid for breakfast, and I had to ask how it works at the front desk in the morning b/c my husband went down to breakfast before I got up and they said it was charged to the room, but it didn't actually get charged because it was prepaid. He also woke me up at 8am so I wouldn't miss breakfast because it was "the best hotel breakfast I've ever had". I agree, it was pretty good; the staff was really nice and attentive. I didn't get anything to order, but I believe I heard some people get their eggs to order. I would highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel and restaurantPosted Apr 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
We enjoyed the hotel and the restaurant area. Good food and friendly service. I would stay there again if ever in the area. Tons of shopping close by the hotel.
