“Poor Review of 11/11/11 Stay”
While the location of this motel is very convenient and availability of restaurants within walking distance is good, I cannot rate this motel highly and will not stay there again on future visits to Anderson. Amenities were sparce, the key-cards did not work without a second visit to the lobby desk, and most upsetting was the fact that the room smelled absolutely terrible! I booked and received a non-smoking room, but the room had the overpowering odor of a stale ash tray. It was very bad, indeed! Had I not gotten in so late, and had the town not been booked up due to a Clemson game, I would have left for another motel.
“Decent Place for the Price”
This was a pretty nice hotel for the price. The room was simple but clean. The breakfast bar was limited but acceptable. The location was great with restuarants and a movie theater within walking distance. I would stay here again if I'm in Anderson, SC.
