“Clean and a good value”

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The furniture was a litte wobbly but the bed was comfortable. Not fancy, but a good value. While listed as being in Seneca SC, it is actuallya few miles from the downtown part of Seneca, i.e. it was a little further from our daughters home than anticipated.

Clean rooms and nice front desk reception. Decent breakfast each morning and conveniently located right next to food and some shopping. Nicest hotel in the area.

I thought our room was quite clean and comfortable. I would definitely revisit them again.

“Work”

Was there for business. Good location, Fatz across parking lot, Wal Mart across street. Spent evenings in room, comfortable. In town for business, long days, back to hotel parked it there.

“Southern hospitality”

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and pleasant, if perhaps a bit overpriced. There was enough for breakfast to get a start on the day. My room was in the back, so there was no road noise.

The hotel was nice enough to sleep in, but they charged me twice even after I told them the charges had been pre-paid through expedia. My assistant is tracking down the person to make the corrections - but she shouldn't need to do that. A

“Location not shabby but the hotel is not too impressive”

Location was ideal- 15 minutes away from Clemson and going opposite traffic made the ride go quicker. It is around several fast food restaurants and sit-down restaurants within walking distance. However, the hotel in itself is less to be desired. The staff was nice and check-in was quick. However, when you first enter the room, you are hit with a stale, moldy smell. It is so overpowering that are items in our luggage retained the smell when we opened it back at home. The room appeared clean though and the airconditioning worked well. We went for my sister's graduation and my parents stayed 2 rooms down from us. They had a less than stellar experience. Their room had a cigarette smoke smell to it, the airconditioning was broken, and they had to go down twice to the hotel clerk to get their tv remote fixed. With this said, though the price wasn't bad and the location was extremely convenient, I would probably not go back just because of the smells noted in both rooms. Not pleasant to go home with odd smells in the luggage
