Good location & value in El Tarter
Third time staying here & for the price it is excellent. There’s even an indoor pool & (tiny) sauna. Free on road parking - 2min drive to El Tarter gondola with large free car park. Hotel also offers a free shuttle bus every 30mins to El Tarter gondola. Hotel is 5min drive to centre of Soldeu with lots of reasonably priced bars / restaurants / shops & mini supermarket.

Hotel was family friendly
My son and I had a nice stay at Hotel Segle XX. The bar music was a bit loud and the noise traveled in the hallways. Otherwise, staff was very friendly. Shuttle to ski worked well if booked in advance.

Nice Place, Just what we were looking for
A real bargain for an overnight stay while I bored my wife with reminiscences of past skiing holidays. Spectacular value for money for a summer stop over on the way to Spain.

Extended our stay
Very pleased, booked for 1 day but stayed for 4, price swayed us the most. Area is great 10min from La Vella and 5min from the nearest Ski lifts (by car), Great hotel and staff.

Lo mejor del Hotel es la animación. Lo peor el precio del parking para cltes. 12€/noche. Tendrían que tener en cuenta que el precio es bastante elevado y que hay un parking cerca por 10€/noche.

Un fin de semana muy acogedor, los trabajadores de esfuerzan para que te encuentres cómodo y siempre con una sonrisa, al principio me chocó el cambio de hotel al hotel Galanthia pero luego al ser una categoria superior lo agradecimos. Mencion a la camarera de barra rubia andaluza que siempre nos trató genial ademas nos permitieron estar con nuestra perrita Isis y mi hijo disfruto muchísimo del spa y las instalaciones.

Erreur d'hotel.com mais bon séjour grâce à Segle
Hotel.com m'a permis de réserver cet hotel mais en cette période il était fermé ! La direction de l'hotel nous a automatiquement redirigé sur le Galanthus à moins d'1km pour des prestations à peu près identiques et notre séjour s'est très bien passé. J'ai attribué les notes pour cet établissement

Merci à la jeune qui nous accuellit. Elle parlait Français et était très aimable. Problème : pas de parking dans l'hôtel. Pas le choix que de prendre un parking privé. Petit déjeuner copieux mais produit de faible qualité ( jus d'orange en poudre, cuisine grasse,...)

bonne étape
Hotel assez confortable , chambre agréable. Le personnel est prévenant et aimable. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Seu bémol ,le manque d'insonorisation des portes , c'est un problème lorsque les voisins sont sans genes.

bonne adresse
reservation d'une demi-pension pour deux, tres bien reçu, petit dejeuner et dîner tres bien, buffet simple mais bon et tres bon rapport qualité/prix. chambre un peu petite mais très propre, salle de bain Ok. parking sous l'hotel, pratique mais mieux vaut avoir une petite voiture

Sobresaliente hotel de tres estrellas
Mi experiencia con los hoteles en Andorra es que la calidad de un tres estrellas no es comparable con España. Sin embargo, en esta ocasión quedé muy satisfecho. La habitación tenía un tamaño correcto y el baño era amplio. La cama muy cómoda, las almohadas algo blandas pero eso va a gustos. El desayuno buffet muy bien. Yo fui en moto y no tuve problemas para estacionar pero en la calle todo es zona azul por lo que sería recomendable reservar parquing en el hotel si vas con coche

Bien, el hotel sigue su línea bastante buena para su relación calidad precio, la habitación bien, el cuarto de aseo ya necesita una renovación integral, las cenas muy bien, el desayuno tipo continental con productos de calidad mejorable sobre todo las mermeladas y los lácteos, en cuanto al aparcamiento ya no es gratis en la calle, hay que pagar si, ó si, bien en el propio hotel o en aparcamiento comunal por horas o bonos por días...

Du au covid de nombreuses « facilités » étaient fermées et non indiquées sur le site: club enfant, salon de lecture / tv, sauna… il fallait réservé son «service » pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner du soir… du coup peu de place pour la spontanéité des vacances.. L’attente pour l’accueil a été long lié à des problématiques avec la famille devant nous. Notre chambre était petite avec une salle de bain presque plus grande que la chambre elle-même, la literie moyenne, et nous étions à l’étage du bar extérieur ce qui rendait difficile de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes… Par contre je tiens à souligner la qualité de leur service de massage!!! Un vrai bonheur, un massage qui vaut largement t son prix!! Je vous le recommande vivement!!!

Despues de años reservando en este establecimiento, esta vez ha sido decepcionante. La limpieza ha sido deficiente, faltaban toallas y el ayuntamiento ha estrenado un aparcamiento y claro,hay amortizarlo. Han quitado plazas en la calle, para que todo el mundo pase por caja.

Holel y pueblo muy tranquilo. Por tema covid hay diferentes turnos para desayunar, la ultima hora es a las 9:10 y para cenar la ultima hora es a las 21:10h. La bebida de la cena es aparte (2,25 euros la botella de agua de 1,5 litros) El aforo máximo de la piscina es de 20 personas. La sauna está cerrada. Sólo hay un ascensor para los 8 pisos, por lo que a las horas de cenas y desayunos tienes que esperar un buen rato para poder bajar o subir. El garage del hotel es limitado y te cobran 12 euros por dia y a las afueras del hotel hay una zona azul que caben unos 10 coches y a 500 m. un parking público de pago. Todo lo demás zona amarilla. Ah.. no dejes el coche en zona amarilla, por la noche pasa la policía y la grua.

Fue guay porque el lugar es precioso y tiene spa , muy guay !!!! Servicio bueno pero pedimos quedarnos una hora mas por tema de comer y nos dijeron que pagáramos 20€ y no había gente detras en nuestra habitación, por lo que sí que hubiésemos podido quedarnos ese ratillo más

Ya habíamos estado varias veces en este hotel pero en esta ocasión no ha resultado del todo satisfactoria , en parte por la situación actual del covid por ese motivo creo que deberían controlar más en la piscina. Llegando a haber demasiada gente dentro de la piscina teniendo en cuenta sus medidas , por lo demás todo excelente como siempre, buen servicio, buen trato e inmejorable ubicación.
