I liked the location of the property (it was easy to find) and the friendliness of the staff. Check in was quick and easy. My complaints involve the condition of our room and the lack of adequate supplies for breakfast when we went in at 8:00 a.m. Our room smelled of mildew or mold from the time we entered until we left. We put the a/c fan on high thinking that would alleviate the problem, but it did not. There was some mold around the base of the tub and there were dirty areas on the inside of the entry door and on the walls in several places. The base of the tub did not look clean. I usually take a bath, but opted for a shower instead, as I did not want to have contact with the bottom of the tub. For breakfast there was no waffle batter left, no orange juice, no protein foods, no spoons when we arrived at 8:00 a.m. I went to the front desk and asked about getting some replenishments, and the desk person did come in to replace spoons. She also arranged for a staff member to go out and purchase frozen pancakes as there apparently was no more waffle batter. That was good customer service on her part, but I think better customer service would have been to have sufficient supplies ahead of time so the people wanting breakfast would not have had to wait for so long to get the promised breakfast supplies.
