I booked room 2 months prior to my arrival and paid up front. Upon arrival advise the room is not available as first in first served approach. Booked a non smoking superior suite with spa, king bed and lounge. Received a ash tray full in corner of room, smoke flavoured bed and curtains, carpet had toe nail clippings, bathroom had pubic hairs on vanity, no lounge, no king bed, no spa. They changed rooms for me later to non smoking with bath, no hot water, no king bed. Bath leaking and floods bathroom. They change room for us again, have hot water, no king bed, toilet is against wall have to sit on it side ways water doesn't drain in shower floods bathroom. Have to pay for all bathroom consumerables, elevators are continually not working we got stuck twice in elevator. Get used to walking 12 flights of stairs multiple times a day. The upper deck lounge has a great view and always nice cool breeze. So many staff hang around here, but take so long to take order and bring food. I will not stay in this hotel again.
