Very Good Hotel. Good Location
The hotel is well located. The room was large ans spacious. Service very good. I extend my stay, and tried to book again but they were Sold Out. For a nice, reasonable prices stay in Angeles. I recommended it.

The staff are awesome... Roof top bar and pool is amazing... Some of the room amenities and fitting need uprading and or repairs but still an amazing place to stay...

Worse ever
By far worse hotel ever stayed at. Filthy I arrive Thursday, Thursday night someone was sick at top of stairs I told staff 3 times but it was still there Monday morning when I left. Lift broke day I arrived and I don’t believe they had any intention in getting it fixed quickly still broken when I left. Shower head was full of chalk so shower was poor. WiFi is not usable to weak. Most staff are very polite but management is horrendous if at all.

Friendly staff, reception, security and bar crew. Poor follow up with housekeeping one time. When the housekeeping staff is nearby, they always ask if room needed cleaning. Bathroom walls need to be checked for black mold, however when addressed, the cleaning crew immediately worked on it. Router should be more available since it took me two days to get good connection. Main entrance should not be blocked by any car for emergency exit. As a disabled, ramp grade is below standard of one foot per inch of rise. Menu is enormous but flavor needs to be monitored for saltiness and sweetness. Overall, stay is pleasant and room is comfortable.

Restful stay
I always enjoy this hotel before and after a trip overseas. The bar staff are accommodating and friendly. Front desk staff are also courteous and friendly. The only problem is parking for my guests. I just hope that the incident with another guest didn’t happen...a foreign guest calling a Filipina companion stupid out loud was disturbing.

Staff are amazing, location is great, great hotel, love staying here, a great value for money hotel. Only one constant concern is the unreliability of the lifts, this is the 4th time I’ve stayed there and every time there has been lift malfunctions and breakdowns. Next time I stay there which should be soon, I will be requesting a low floor room :-)

The pool area/rooftop could use some better seating for eating, but the food is good. I missed having a decent gym. Location is great...far enough away from Walking Street to avoid the noise but still very close. The Swiss Chalet next door has good food, including Western and local. Taxi to/from airport was PHP 500. They charge for small bathroom items like Pantene shampoo.

I booked room 2 months prior to my arrival and paid up front. Upon arrival advise the room is not available as first in first served approach. Booked a non smoking superior suite with spa, king bed and lounge. Received a ash tray full in corner of room, smoke flavoured bed and curtains, carpet had toe nail clippings, bathroom had pubic hairs on vanity, no lounge, no king bed, no spa. They changed rooms for me later to non smoking with bath, no hot water, no king bed. Bath leaking and floods bathroom. They change room for us again, have hot water, no king bed, toilet is against wall have to sit on it side ways water doesn't drain in shower floods bathroom. Have to pay for all bathroom consumerables, elevators are continually not working we got stuck twice in elevator. Get used to walking 12 flights of stairs multiple times a day. The upper deck lounge has a great view and always nice cool breeze. So many staff hang around here, but take so long to take order and bring food. I will not stay in this hotel again.

With regards to your reservation, you booked for a Superior Room which is one of our standard rooms. This room doesn't really have spa and a lounge. If you will check it online where you made the reservation, it is not stated that the room has a spa and lounge. However, we have upgraded Superior Room which has a tub that is why we were able to transfer you to make your stay more comfortable. Also, all of our rooms comes with standard king size bed with a measurement of 76x80. Moreover, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that you've experienced. This should not happen and this is not what we want you to experience. Our elevators are now working and regarding the cleanliness of our rooms, our Housekeeping Department ensured that they will give necessary sanction to the personnel at fault. Henceforth, we humbly extend our utmost sincere apology regarding this matter which caused an inconvenience on your part. We are hoping that we will be able to accommodate you better on your future visits and with our other guests as well. Room was good but very noisy from music at the bars also when they cleaned the room they took the towels and other things like shampoo , coffee etc and never replaced any of them. Good news is that both lifts are working

Amazing hotel
The room was very clean and spacious. The staff is unbelievably friendly. My only flaw to the place was the WiFi service. The WiFi didn’t work that well in my room but other then that I’ll definitely stay here again.

Staff was nice, keep in mind where you are staying. For the price you could do better. They only accept cash, no CC. Transportation to/from Airport is reliable, but overpriced. Expected more for the price.

The hotel is nice. Rooms are pretty big depeding on what type of room you want. The staff is awesome just like most of the staff in almost any hotels over here. Highly recommend this place!!!. My advice is book in advance because it doesnt get cheaper when you try to extend your stay...

Great Hotel near everything
I will always stay here when in AC, best value for money around this area, staff are so so amazing, so friendly and helpful...!! Close to whatever you want, but not too noisy. Only thing that's starting to look a bit tatty is the room cupboards/wardrobes. Hope to be back soon !!!
