"Staff makes the stay worth it!"
The area was perfect for me and my girlfriend, there were a lot of attractions not too far from us. The best part was that we had Yosemit National Park a little over an hour from us. So we not only saved on money for the room. But the staff there were very nice and handy to us. Customer satisfactory was a first priority for my stay. Highly recommend this location if you are trying to save some bucks from all those other high end places!

The motel and grounds are very well kept with table and chairs outside to sit and enjoy the weather. The motel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Nice place!

Pocket Guide: Yosemite National Park Angels Camp Magnuson Hotels

The quiet little town of Angels Camp is nestled in the Sierra foothills between Yosemite and Lake Tahoe, on California’s scenic “Golden Chain” Highway 49. Founded in 1848, the town was a booming mining town between 1880 and 1920. Many of the original buildings from the mid-1800s still line Main Street. The Calaveras County Fair, famous for its Jumping Frog Jubilee, is just outside of town.
