Hotel is in an area with extensive roadworks and you cannot drive to location due to Road closures. Hotel is very rundown and smelly, equipment rooms is very dated.

Stinky old hotel with dusty windows. My executive suite had a king bed on wheels that was not very stable. Television did not have a good signal with interrupting image across all channels. Vicious breakfast staff disassembled trays and setup at 10:34 with lots of noise and fuss, like if they were running late for something.

If you like sleeping in a cool room this hotel is not for you. The air conditioning system used in this hotel is energy efficient and does not cool the room. There are less expensive options in this area which have standard AC units.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and conformable . Reception staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very nice and the staff were excellent, attentive, effecient and very nice. Enjoyed the pool, gym and massage . Again staff were very nice and pleasant and very attentive and helpful. Will happily stay again.

Friendly staff and everything you would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Also the COVID safety and sanitation guidelines have been meticulously followed by staff and the property in general. We felt well taken care of and safe at the HiltonSA.

Ankara Hilton is a convenient spot in the city of Ankara. It’s close to the inner city a cab away. I suggest not to use Uber near the hotel for the airport. Drivers were fighting over an airport ride. The hotel room was super clean. The service was excellent. They gave us a lunch box to go in the morning. The room service is fast and reliable. The view from my hotel was epic. You can see the whole city. Overall I can come back to this hotel. I only stay for one night but it was a great experience.

The front were kind, the house keeper on the 9 th. am time did a great on the 9th. floor was kind and great as I forgot my computer and delivered fast to the front desk, and she did a good job cleaning. Service in the breakfast time was good.

Very friendly check in staff and 2 of us had our rooms upgraded to Executive rooms as our colleague had already booked this type of room. Additionally a discount of 25% was applied to breakfast.

Clean, pleasant, and safe (covid).
We stayed at the apartment suite, it was comfortable and spacious. If the weather was good - the large terrace would have been a great bonus. The staff is very friendly - the cleaning lady was especially great and accommodating. They've taken precautions for covid. I'd recommend it.

Our stay at the Hilton SA was incredible and the staff could not be more helpful, professional and precise. There was a problem with our booking before arriving at the hotel and they contacted (Mr Mustafa at the reception) us to bring attention about that error and for someone who´s traveling a lot because of work this is not common but shows the care they have for their customers. The food menu was tres bien and good quality. Mostly the staff was amazing, the receptions, the room service staff, and housekeeping staff (Mrs Zeynep).
