Rooms need maintenance and better cleaning (still all right), Wifi signal is not in every room. Consider that there are rooms without window! Breakfast is great (lentil soup, crispy bread) and big salad and cold cuts buffet and Turkish tea and instant coffee. I also like the location the breakfast is served, 8th top floor with nice panorama ciew

Sakın Rezervasyon Yapmayın!!!
Otel hakkında konaklamamla ilgili yazmak isterdim ama parasını ödediğim odada kalamadım. Sebep yer yok. Para iadesi dediğimde siz gelmesinin ki diyecek kadar yüzsüz ve telefonlara cevap vermeyecek bir müdür var. Gittiğim de otelde dahi bulamadığım. Otele bot buraktığımda bir haftada tek dönüş olmadı. Akşam 10.55'de rezervasyon yapıyorum ama otel 9'da dolmuş. Tek kalan odaları için ise o başkasına ayrılmış dendi. 11.45'de vardığım otelde yaklaşık bir saat internetten rezervasyon yaptığımı kanıtlamak için saçma sapan internetlerini bekledim. Resepsiyonda bile internete bağlanamıyorlar. Gerisini siz düşünün. Sonra başka otele gitmek zorunda kaldım. Paramı üstüne yatmaya çalışıyorlar. Kalmayın bu otelde!? Kendilerini tüketici hakem heyetine şikayet edeceğim.

I have booked the standard single room, the breakfast is poor with no choices, the room has no AC, it was so hot and hard in summer to bare in the day time. Overall the location is perfect, you can walk easily to kizilay city center and all the shopping places as well as transportation. It's on budget. if you need somewhere in kizilay and you are only staying the nights but not for a nice or luxury holiday.

My day was good in hotel abro. The reception staff treated was great, and the food was excellent, but there is a small problem which is the internet did not exist and TV channels were not clear.

Hi Abro. It is not a hotel it is looking like hostels very bad hotel very bad smelling no facility in the room the room no light in the room no tv in the room very owfoul hotel I hate this hotel It is really difficult to stay & it is very derty it doesn't have lobby even one chair to seat!!؟؟ This hotel not the same in advertising in hotel .com I had to stay one night more because my husband came from America but The prices for tow people Was the same as 4 star Hotel !!?.unfortunately I spend 3 nights $ also I payed cash but emediatly I changed my hotel Please please don't show this hostel as a hotel Thank you so much

One the most cool hotels that I've ever been. Althogh, there are no luxury properties, you have what you need. Very polite people were working there, when I was there. Overall, there was fine.

The only good thing is its location: Kizilay
I had a terrible experience. The hotel staff is very rude and non-responsive. Expedia showed me the booking charges in Euros but on reaching the hotel they wanted me to pat in Turkish Liras. And by-the-way, be prepared to pay the entire booking amount at the time of check-in (and not check-out). I had booked a two-bed room but instead they gave me a 3-bed room at the topmost floor. The room was ordinary, with the springs in the mattresses pinching the back while resting/sleeping. There is only one power socket (converted to a foursome) at the wall opposite to the bed. There was only one CFL light in the room, and the cover of that too was missing. Lastly, the free breakfast proved to be a nightmare as the catering staff is very rude, and they setup two distinct areas on the same table: one for the regular guests and the other for 'breakfast-included guests, with the latter having only boiled eggs, tea/coffee, juice and some rolls.

Awful hotel, Avoid at all costs.
Well I was placed on the 8th floor which has a restaurant above it so come 6am everyday it's chairs scraping along the floor, Furniture banging, Kids running up and down the stairs and people taking. The room itself was awful, There was mould growing on one wall and the toilet seat wasn't even correctly attached. Now the thing that really annoyed me about this hotel - Whilst there I had a friend visit me in the mornings then we would go out, Now after a few days of this the hotel staff started telling her that she is not allowed up to my room anymore because it was "Abusing the facilities". So after arguing with them about how stupid that statement was and getting nowhere (mostly because the majority of people only spoke Turkish) we just kept on doing the same thing, After a few more days she was pulled to the side again and told to stop coming up to my room at which point we told them to get the manager, This guy appeared who I believe was the Marketing Manager and he demanded that we pay a full days price for every day she had visited (Including one where she just came up for 2 minutes for the loo) or he would keep my passport, At which point he was made aware that they didn't have my passport , Upon hearing that he stormed off twisting about how he will contact Expedia and demand more money from them. I urge anyone reading this to not use this hotel, It is a vile place in which they only care about extorting money from you and it ruined my two weeks in Turkey.

Room were just okay. They were clean. Bathroom lock was not working. Lift has no closing door so you could see the wall moving in front of you. Breakfast was just okay. So overall if we see the budget hotel it was fine.

The hotel workers were kind and helpful, room was small, the tv does not have any tv channels in English or other language than turkish, the bathroom seems dirty, the tile is old and had sticked something that looked dirty. It seems they did not cleaned it very well and mud stick to the tile. The location is very good, for my purpose It was close to different places that I wanted to visit. I mean for the price it's ok, I think there are better places, but for more money. I hope this can be helpful.

A Satisfactory Hotel
Totally the hotel was satisfactory in regard of my business, It had two main problem: 1, staff were very noisy during the day, so you couldn't have a rest during the day, 2- The Internet connection were not satisfactory in all flats.On the other hand it price was cheap and it has cosy restaurant with satisfactory breakfast. More over it is very close to downtown and you can reach there in a few minutes on foot.

5 star location - inexpensive good hotel
Great location. Stuff does not speak good english but everyone tries their best to help their customers. Rooms are really clean. It is an inexpensive hotel. Don't expect much. But if you just want a clean and safe place to sleep this hotel is what you are looking for. Should I ever go to Ankara again I would chose this hotel again! Airport to Hotel: 1) by taxi it will cost you 75 Turkish lire (one way) 2) you can take the bus 442 directly in front of the airport entrance and drive to Kizilay Myd. - It will take about 1 hour and costs about 5.5 turkish lira at the moment. from there it is a 10 minutes walk to the hotel
