Room was very clean, and up to date. Front Desk personnel were very friendly. Parking and room location were very close.

Very clean and spacious. Had a fridge, microwave, iron/board...all the comforts of home. Only complaint--loud neighbor above me stomping around---either thin floors or a big guy! Kept me awake, but earplugs bought on day two helped! Very helpful desk staff with directions, etc.

Arrived around midnight; had requested nonsmoking room; previous inhabitant had smoked in it. (Room was clean, but you know how those odors linger.) Desk staff was prompt, helpful, apologetic, courteous; practically sprinted down the hall to meet us with keys to a fresh, and fresh-smelling, room.

The desk staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was great. The pool and hot tub areas were very nice. The fitness center was not functional. Carpet cleanliness in room could have been better.

“Just got a bad room”

I have stayed here before and loved it, but this trip we got a bad room that smelled and was poorly lit. Not sure if it was coincidence or not, but I have stayed on the second floor 4 times (all great) and this was my first time on the first floor which was sub-par. I recommend getting a room on the second floor.

Very easy access to the hotel as it is very close to US23 exit, especially if you come from Detroit Metro Airport. I don't expect much from the hotel receptions or attendants so I don't feel any lack of service mind (seen them only a few mins). Quiet room with good conditions. Amenities are basic but sufficient for me (esp. hair dryer) if you don't mind something like plastic cups. Good/free wireless high-speed internet access. Reasonable complimentary breakfast. Seen swimming pool in good condition but I haven't used it.
