No blankets for our room. Front counter said they did not have any extras. No clean towels. No milk at breakfast. No coffee at breakfast. No butter for waffles. Two ice machines - both broken. Clerk at front counter told me to go next door if I want ice. TV was static and three channels for unexplained reasons had no sound. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was one of the worse hotels I ever stayed at.

The bathroom sink in the room I was given leaked very badly even after maintenance fixed it and you could not watch the TV because there were no channels that came n clear enough to watch

Property is very dated. In need of serious repair and upgrades. Beds were clean and comfortable. Advertised breakfast was almost nonexistent, a couple of bagels and a pile of Eggo waffles to put in a toaster. Skip it

No lighting in the parking lot, bathtub faucet leaks and there is a whole above the faucet and cracks on the shower wall. The ice machine near our room doesn’t work. The hotel sign it self doesn’t light up

1st attempt, bed wasn't made and smoke alarm was beeping. 2nd room - no shower curtain, something growing in the refrigerator, and an electrical socket smashed so i couldn't plug in my computer to work. Not a normal Days Inn experience.

pictures on google are not the same as in person, no pool, place is a dump, pit bulls roaming around, garbage laying around, yuck!!!! I left before i even entered my room and found a place 8 miles west of their!!!! what a joke

Hairdryer-broken. Conditioner in shower-broken. Ice machine-broken. Heater- works when it wants and the blankets are too thin to keep you warm on the hard ass bed. Female travelling alone, definitely didnt feel very safe. Barricaded the door with the bench and when i moved it i found mouse poop. They dont vacuum the halls or li8ght them in a...safe feeling way. Checked for bed bugs given reviews, didnt find any but there was a dead hornest and beetle in the chair. Oh and the pool, the whole reason i chose this motel, was out of commission. Save your money and go somewhere safe and clean.

The room had no phone, the TV didn't work. I called the front desk and I was told that no one could come to my room. He said turn on the light switch and then the TV 📺 would work. It would not work and no remote. The fauset had no nobs to turn it on. Could not wash or brush my teeth. I have pictures .

We checked into our room and after walking down a very poorly lit hall with dim sconces with exposed wiring and a strong lingering smell of cigarette smoke, we finally got to our room. When I say "our" room, I mean the room that my family was meant to share with the multiple generations of spiders that had clearly been living in this room for months. There were dozens of spiders in the bathtub, the sink, the ceiling, the floor, the walls. We removed a daddy longlegs from the ceiling over one of the beds and came away with the spider as well as a large spider web. We did not spend more than half an hour in the room, the majority of that time was spent removing spiders and trying to calm our two young children. Ultimately, when we tried to wash as many of the spiders down the shower drain and the shower would not drain, we had no other choice but to reload the car and find another place to stay. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Bathtub had a lot of orange liquid on the tub floor. Toilet seat cover was broken. Carpet had multiple huge stains all over. AC/Heater did not work even when re-plugged and reset, wouldn’t usually care but this night was 27 degrees cold outside. The TV didn’t turn on either. I don’t like to complain, but the reason why they give late 2pm Check In Times is to clean and prepare the room for the next guest.

Choose someplace else
Reserved ADA room for wheelchair access and given a room on the second floor with no elevator. Declined that room and given the only room available on the first floor which was not accessible, the heat did not work, there were no blankets and it smelled like mildew. The whole hotel needs renovation and soundproofing.

For the high amount we paid I was expecting something better than what we got. It was more like a dingy roadside motel. Our Uber driver told us the place has a troubled past and the city wanted it closed down as the police were always called there. Now it’s under new management we were told. Front desk and staff were nice, but our room didn’t have enough towels and it took a day for us to get more. Hallways and rooms had a lingering smoke odor. Beds were comfortable, heating worked well. Clogged shower drain took 20 mins to drain. Unfortunately on the day we checked out there were 2 police cars in the parking lot, not sure why.

Check in staff friendly. Room door wouldn't close without raising it by the handle. Bathroom needed some serious help. Sink fixture broken, commode unstable etc. Bug bites when I got up (probably spider not bed bug).

This is the worst motel I have ever stayed in. It is old and not well maintained. The vending machines only take $1 dollar bills and the desk could not make change for a 5 dollar bill. The tap water is awful. They had no fresh towels and could not find a plunger when the toilet backed up. The TV reception was very poor.

When my son and I walked into the room, 2 of the 5 lights in the room didn’t work. The TV was stuck on HDMI 3 and the remote did t have the correct button to change it. The phone on the nightstand didn’t work at all, so I had to call the fro t desk from my cell phone. I told them about the tv and he said he would send someone up. They never showed. There were no travel soaps or shampoo in the shower - the dispenser bolted to the wall was empty. We only stayed the one night, but I would definitely not go back.

I would never have anybody stay at this facility
Well, when we first walked in the whole lobby smelled like marijuana. He gave us the key. We went up to our room. We wanted to take a shower because we came from 2 1/2 hours away. There was no soap and no shower curtain. I called down to the desk twice I went down there twice. They did give me some soap, but never gave us a shower curtain. so I asked for my money back and then I was gonna go find a different hotel, but they had already charged my account for the three nights and I did not understand why they did that. They said because I went through a third-party Hotels.com that I could not get my money back , we ended up staying there because I cannot afford to lose my money and I was down an Ypsilanti for an eight hour surgery and we needed a place to stay after driving 2 1/2 hours. In the evening, I went to the second shift desk to see about getting a shower curtain and never received one and was departed by with a young male adult, he was very much disrespectful to me as a customer.
