“Great Cheap Way to see a Michigan Game”

The hotel itself was just OK. It was trying to clean itself up but I would not call it 5 star. That being said, the staff was pleasant and helpful, the room we stayed in was clean and the shuttle bus for the football game stopped right in our parking lot (only cost $1.50 a person to ride down versus a more expensive cab). It was really convenient which we appreciated and since we didn't spend much time other than sleeping in the room it was perfect.

Hotel was okay, nothing spectacular. We got a room with a jacuzzi in it, which was really nice.

Hotel overall was so-so. W hat was the most satisfying was an American working at the front desk. The check-in was the fastest I have had in a long time. I am not against foreign workers but the language barrier slows the whole process down. We had a problem with our first room and it was resolved immediately and they checked to make sure we were satisfied with the new room. I would stay here again even though it is a little run down. The price is not too high for this type of hotel. Water pressure in the shower was better than average. Refrigerator in the room and sliding glass door to a patio. TV Channel selection is very limited.

It is a 2 star hotel, but it exceeded my expectation for a 2 star hotel.

“Hard to complain for price, but...”

PRO: The breakfast was nice. My first floor room had a private patio door which went to the parking lot (very convienent) CON: The room smelled like smoke and the exercise room was completely innadequate (I did not feel safe using any of the equipment). OVERALL: The hotel needs some tlc. But if you are looking for a cheap hotel, then I would recommend this hotel.
