Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Pros: - room was clean and they offered clean towels when needed - not a lot of noise from other guests - plenty of parking Cons: biggest one was unbelievable noise from highway. So so loud. Also hotel was on the perimeter of a mall but we were facing a torn down section that made the whole area look rundown.

Overall nice hotel. Clean and modern designs. No bed bug protectors on the mattresses! This should be a hotel standard. Otherwise- no complaints.

All lights around bed did not work, and it was not light bulbs. So, could not read in bed. The lavatory drain was so slow that you could hardly brush your teeth.

They had a short lead time announcement that they would be testing fire alarms starting at 9a. No details on we were expected to do. I just packed and left early on my scheduled last morning rather than use what hours I had till check out being involved in their ‘test’

SO NOISY
Noisiest place I have ever stayed, the side of my room was on the highway side and in the flight path so it sounded like trucks and airplanes came straight to the rooms. The room itself was great and clean and would give it another try but on the other side maybe it is not so noisy. Employees were all great. I would recommend they invest in double pane windows.

I went to check in to my room and come to find out they checked someone with a “similar name” into my room. When they’re supposed to check IDs first then give the key. I did not appreciate that at all.

Nice stay - positive experience
I had to find someone to check us in but once I did they were fast and after that always attentive at front desk. The room was clean - there was a little hair on outside edge of shower. Shower had good pressure. Toilet paper holder was broken on wall so that dangles a bit off the wall. Bed was fairly firm and pillows a little too thick, but overall pretty comfortable. They have exercise mats, yoga ball in room, so great if you are a business traveler and want to get exercise in privately. Room was a little echoey sounding due to the partially carpets and partially linoleum tile, but not super bad. Didn’t eat breakfast. Pool was on the cool side and hot tub almost a touch too hot.

Comfortable Stay
I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed a night due to power outage. I wish I could remember the names of the 2 ladies who where at the front desk when I checked in. They were extremely kind and empathetic to guests who were staying because loss of power at their home. The bed was comfortable and the shower was EVERYTHING.
