Very clean, friendly staff.Posted Apr 15, 2014
Picked this hotel over others and was glad I did. Was in Ann Arbor for a wedding with my kids and they had a blast in the pool. Wedding was at another hotel close by and I'm sure glad I didn't stay there. Holiday inn was very clean, quiet and very professional staff. Thanks

Dinning at Holiday InnPosted Apr 14, 2014
I choose this hotel as a full service Holiday Inn because I needed to have a restaurant on premises. We walked nested door to eat as the dinner menu was very week. The breakfast buffet was horrid! You had to order your eggs from the kitchen and make your own toast while you waited. I couldn't believe how pour it was. The room was fairly clean and on a positive note the was comfortable. I will never stay here again.

Wonderful option for a stay in Ann ArborPosted Mar 25, 2014
Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and very accommodating. Hotel shuttle drove me to U-M campus and picked me up. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded expectationsPosted Jan 30, 2014
As a road warrior every hotel starts looking and feeling the same - except when you get outstanding service and a super comfortable room like this one. Fitness room is great as is pool. Easy to access major roadways.

Pretty handy to downtown/campusPosted Jan 12, 2014
Billed as 3-star. Had most of what one would expect. Amenities in the room slightly below the level of the 3-star across the street. Over there, the water glasses were made of glass, and the coffee for the in-room coffee was Starbucks, in ceramic mugs. At this one, place, plastic water glasses and styrofoam coffee cups. Generic coffee. Otherwise, comfortable and adequate, including easily adjusted heat.

Ok stay but cold room.Posted Jan 7, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel was ok. Once we got to the room it was cold...very cold. We turned up the heat and it worked and got the room to a warm state in several hours. We had to order a blanket from the front desk to keep us warm at night. Not sure if that specific room had an issue with the heat but aside from that it was your normal, average holiday inn.

We've stayed in many Holiday Inns over the years, but are usually disappointed. However, the Ann Arbor hotel was superb and exceeded our expectations: immaculate, modern and well run. We stayed over the New Year's holiday, which also coincided with the Winter Classic, meaning the place was packed with guests during a 3day snowstorm & frigid temps. And yet, hallways & main area floors were clean ( think of all the snow being dragged in!). Our room was warm, cleaned & restocked perfectly everyday, & the staff was unfailingly courteous & helpful, from kitchen staff, to housekeeping to front desk personnel. Our room fee included breakfast, which was buffet (the usual plus fresh cut fruit everyday) or menu service. They also had a bar in their small dining room, so people could gather to watch the various sporting events. A first class hotel!

Great hotel if your going to visit the big housePosted Jan 4, 2014
Everything was great. Best staff at a hotel in 10 plus years of hotel stays. Only thing was something was wrong with the thermostat which made for uncomfortable sleeping
