Pros: the price, the location and the staff members
Cons: update the facility and the color in the room which is a bit dim.
Location: walk and try out different restaurants, there is a Sear store and Macy's for those who love shopping
It is close to I-94 and easy to find, with many fine restaurants nearby. I chose this hotel because of its reasonable price (compared to others) and it is within walking distance from the meeting place that I had to attend every day and from an Air Ride Shuttle Stop to the airport. The room is clean, although the facility is a bit dated. The complimentary breakfast is simple but can give all you need to go about for a half of the day. The attending staff is very friendly and helpful. For my next stay, I will ask for a south-facing room on the second floor.

Pros: Liked the sink outside the tub area.
Location: good for what we needed to do in Ann Arbor
We were very happy with our room and would stay again. We had a door opening to the outdoors, which was very elpful as he had our dog with us. That made it easy to take him out.

Basic room, needed another blanket as I don't use the "comforter". Cold continental breakfast--didn't even bother. Layout of buildings a little confusing. Front desk staff was very nice.

Pros: Location and room appointments
Cons: Exterior is a little tired looking
Location: Close to Briarwood Mall and convenient off I-94
The room has been remodeled with very good finishes.

Pros: Price & staff was friendly.
Cons: Not enought blankets on the bed for Michigan winter months. Train near the hotel ran through out the night.

Very nice place to stay for the cheap price. Easy access to freeway. much of room looks like it was redone recently (desk, tv, bed, walls, bathroom sink area) so that was really great. It felt like we were in a much fancier hotel. Only the toilet/shower wasn't as nice, mostly just because it was crammed into a very small room, and looked much older compared to everything else.
