“very nice residence inn at Ann Arbor”

Very cosy accomodations. Everything is clean, not super new but well maintained. Bed is comfortable. Big suprise - TV had 2 channels in japanese. Breakfast had everything you would like to have for breakfast plus choice of japanese rice and spices.

This is a great hotel for an extended stay. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious and plenty of room for 4 adults. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The breakfast each morning was very good and had a large variety. Will stay here on my return visits to Ann Arbor.

“The perfect place for UMich parents. . .”

My parents helped me move to A2 for Law School, and I booked them a room at the Residence by Marriott online, not even realizing that they would have a whole little apartment with a bigger kitchen than my apartment! They told me that they want to stay at this hotel when they come to visit me later this year.

Excellent location close to everything shopping ,food and also U. of M. campus. Very nice room with fireplace on winter evening with a book in hand. Very roomy with excellent buffet breakfast in a.m.. Verey nice people at desk and greet you during stay. I would rate this a 5 star hotel

We have stayed in several Ann Arbor area hotels, and most have been very disappointing. Not this one. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and clean.

“Residence Ann Arbor by Marriott: Good choice”

Difficult to find and enter via State Street, but once there, very nice and "human sized" collection of rooms. Very friendly customer service representative at the main desk. Not enough seating in the breakfast area on Sunday morning.
