“GREAT”

Everything was just GREAT, Location, sunrise sunset,near by bakery /coffee shop. Hate to write this review, as I would like to keep this place a hiden secret. Only stayed two nights but next year planning more. If you want layed back and just enjoyment of it this is the place. No mac donalds, burger king, star bucks or any thing like that, but great dinning is just a short walk away.

“Time Out. Nothing to do but relax.”

This is an older place that has been tastefully rehabbed. Staff were friendly. Property well kept. It is 4 blocks from the Gulf, and one block from Tampa bay. Don't expect a view of any kind from the room. The pool area has lush growth and was very enjoyable. There is nothing to do here except the pool and/or the beach. Room was pleasant and comfortable, but the bed should retire soon. We probably would stay here again in the future.

“SunRise Garden Inn means Sunsets as well!!”

A beautifully landscaped pool area is the highlight of this wonderfully maintained resort. A warm inviting room, very clean and with a full kitchenette, made our stay a breeze!! Close access to shopping, restaraunts, bike rentals and just a few blocks from Anna Maria's sandy beaches makes this resort perfectly located! The owners could not have been nicer and helpful in making our stay comfortable. Were even allowed a later checkout as it was a slow mid-week at the resort. We will definitely be back and a great value for the price!!

We had an awesome time at the Sunrise Garden Resort. We are already planning our next trip. The place was very convenient to everything and very clean. We had a wonderful stay and De was extremely helpful! We look forward to staying again and again. Thanks for a great time!!

Was good value for Anna Maria island. Quiet, clean with all standard hotel amenities. Close to beach and attractions. Very good customer service. Highly recommended.

I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in to Sunrise Garden Resort, not only were the rooms very clean, but the living area/kitchen had a several great amenities including a full sized fridge and a very nice TV. The service was also wonderful, and it is so easy to check in/out.

Perfect!!!! Couldn't ask for any place better than Sunrise Garden. Spotless, convenient, quiet, quaint. First time here and will never go anywhere else. Spence is wonderful and very helpful. Again, PERFECT!

“Celebrating my husband's birthday, July 2012.”

Very satisfied with our room. The owner greeted us in the office when we arrived and walked us to our room. The pool and grounds were very comfortable. Parking was easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return in September, as well as next year.
