The room was spacious and very clean with fresh towels supplied daily. Staff was very helpful. Shuttle service provided to any location within 5 miles of hotel.

It was a horrible. Checked in at 3. Checked out at 11. Noisy moved to 2 different rooms. People cursing, loud tv, smoking marijuana outside the hotel, people lurking in the hallway. Worst hotel stay ever

At first, after seeing some of the lower reviews, i was skeptical about staying here but it ended up being a decent stay. The room was clean, the staff was very nice, and they even gave us warm fresh cookies after our very quickly processed check-in. The only thing I would say is that maybe it’s time to change the shower curtains. Big plus about this hotel is that check out is at noon instead of the normal 11am standard. I would recommend this hotel for a quick get away. I will like to say I cannot speak for every room but this was just my experience.

The staff was excellent! Always friendly and they went above and beyond their required duties to help us with a tire issue. The shuttle service was a great amenity.

I liked that it was located near so many things and only 10 minutes from historic Annapolis. Everyone was very helpful at the front desk. I want to give a huge shout out to Patti in the dining room. There was a snow storm and everyone else called in sick except her and the cook. She took everything in stride and kicked butt doing her job. She made my morning! I never got a cookie at check in, but thats ok. lol

Great Stay!
Service at the restaurant was so attentive and helpful, even on busy days where they were clearly understaffed! Food was excellent as well. The room was nicely apportioned and the bed super-comfortable.

I did not like the greeting of not good evening or hello but hold on the system is down and no offer of the cookies upon check in. The waiters at the restaurant in the hotel were stand-offish to the point that it caught my 8 year old daughters attention. I did speak to the manager on duty. This was not the normal double tree experience. This property does not represent the double tree brand in a positive fashion.
