Loved this place! Huge room with a desk, couch and king bed. The bathroom was safe (non-slippery tub) with wonderful shampoo, soap, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful. My second stay here and when I go back to Annapolis, I will reserve again.
The Barista, Bella in the Trophy Room and Nick at the Front desk were excellent. Like most Graduate properties, they have modernized the lobby and other facilities but the rooms are not updated, but I knew this going in. My only issue was the main bartender (Al) in the trophy room was a grumpy old man and rude to several customers and overwhelmed while Issac and the others were calm and cool. The location is excellent and the food was very good.

Great location. Close enough to the bars, restaurants, and shops near the Dock to walk, but removed enough where it’s in a quiet area. Great service. Comfortable beds. Very clean. And the food in the restaurant was delicious.
Location is ideal to visit Annapolis and the Naval Academy. The physical structure of the hotel is acceptable but cannot be considered topnotch. Low quality construction in terms of finish, fixtures and material.
Stayed one night at the Graduate for a girls weekend. The location was perfect! Parking was easy, walkable to multiple restaurants and the spa. The room was very clean with comfortable beds and sheets. The onsite restaurant had good food offerings. All the staff members we interacted with were very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel and def plan to stay again.
Los of character. Great front desk staff. Room super clean. We had a king bed. Loved the VIP perk of free valet parking. There is a restaurant on premises. We went there at 9 pm and they didn't have decaf coffee.

Lovely place to stay. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The room was gorgeous and so comfortable. Drinks were delicious. We will definitely be back.
Worst Presidential Suite ever. Bathroom very poor and scalding water only. Tub shower combo awful ... have to step up 3 feet to shower. Bet Not as described in online video. No robes at all... even on request. "Free drink" coupons are a joke for what's offered. Very disappointing.
Love the property, but booking through Expedia I paid 3 times what the guys in an identical room next to me paid.
Will re-visit the Graduate, but never use Expedia again
The facility was awesome. There are no water views in case you’re looking for that but its very close to the main part of Annapolis. Decorating is very unique and engaging. Staff is flexible, friendly and accommodating. I rated this category a 4 since the staff at the food counter was clearly struggling the morning we left. All in all, a great place to stay.
I booked the hotel for my brother and his wife for two nights for my daughter's USNA graduation. When they got there there was a sign in the elevator that there would be no hot water on their last day. Since this was scheduled maintenance, it would have been nice to have been told this when I booked the room less than a week prior.
