“Annapolis Tour”

We were attracted by the price and by the location. Getting into and out af Annapolis was relatively simple, however the tourist schematic map of the road system is definetely NOT the best map to use in and around Annopolis. Even though it was not far from route 50, it was set back enough that it was surprisingly quiet.

“Good Value for what is was needed for”

Needed a place to spend night @ a good rate...best price in area and closer to Bay Bridge.

“Meets basic needs”

service was fine although the internet was not working. It was close to Downtown Annapolis which was really nice. The room was clean. One of the cheapest in the area so I would definitely say that it was worth it.

“Not secure”

We read the reviews about the industrial toilet, lumpy pillows, run-down rooms, etc. -- after we had already booked our stay. When we arrived, we found the room to be very clean. On the first night of our stay, the smoke alarm began chirping in the middle of the night. The front desk assured us it would be taken care of, and it was. However, when we returned to our room later that day, we found that either housekeeping or maintenance had left our door open with our belongings inside and open to theft. Luckily, nothing was taken. To top it off, when we turned the light on, a rather large roach scurried to hide under the phone. In sum, although the room was clean on the surface, it couldn't make up for the run-down condition of the hotel, the roach(es?), and the utter lack of security by housekeeping /maintenance in leaving our door wide open. We will not stay there again.
