Dog friendly, comfortable and nice quiet areaPosted Aug 2, 2014
Surprisingly nice hotel, good price, great bed, and our dog got to stay for free. We found not being near downtown to be a plus since it was more quiet and upscale. Terrific outdoor dining next door at Carpaccio. The only negatives were no outdoor dining at Hotel requiring our dog to stay in room during breakfast and, the meal itself, was not on par with the rest of the experience.

Location: Too far for the money
Extra charge for internet. Expensive parking. Won't use again.

Good Hotel, Short Walk to DowntownPosted Jul 28, 2014
The hotel itself is in great condition, very clean and modern. Our room was immaculate and appeared to be fairly new. Shower wasn't great in the morning for hot water (maybe due to demand), but improved later in the day. But the other amenities of the room made up for this small issue. We ordered room service for breakfast which was a bit late but very tasty. There was some confusion when we asked for a room service receipt at check out which took about 20 minutes to resolve. Seemed to be some lack of communication that front, however the staff was very apologetic. The hotel is a short walk (or free trolley ride) to downtown but the walk is very pleasant. There are restaurants and bars around the hotel which were good. Hotel parking is very convenient, we did the self park and it was as convenient, if not more, than valet. Parking garage is right below the hotel. Overall I would high recommend this hotel!

Nice place to stay while you are in Annapolis.Posted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: Comfort, location, serves, amenities.
We enjoyed our stay. Location is good and easy to get to. Self parking is $10 and easy. About 15 min walk to the Main street and Academy. You can use free shuttle that goes every 10 min if you do not want to walk. Plenty of places to eat right around this hotel for all tastes and budgets. Decent gym and pool. Hotel has all comforts that Westin company promises. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I will have to return back many times in the future and will stay in this hotel again. Annapolis has a lot to offer, great place to visit.

Classy hotel in AnnapolisPosted Jul 14, 2014
Location: The hotel is directly across from Fado's Irish pub, which has some pretty good food and a great atmosphere. The live music is a nice touch too.
My room wasn't prepared when I was ready for check-in, however the staff was nice and worked very hard to address the issue. After that, everything was smooth sailing. The room was clean and smelled nice, the bedding was excellent. Overall a pretty great experience.

I will stay on this hotel again...Posted Jul 5, 2014
Location: Multiple options for dining at walk distance, many more a couple of minutes away if you take the city provided (free) shuttle.
Very nice hotel, location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from "downtown".

Most uncomfortable bedPosted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: Location, convenient trolley
Cons: Most uncomfortable bed. My back was sore after just one night. $10 per day for wifi.
Nice location. Loved the neighborhood. Trolley from the harbor was nice.

Rediculously noisy air conditioner compressorPosted Jun 30, 2014
Hotel is fine, room clean, staff friendly enough. Unfortunately there was something wrong with the AC compressor (I am guessing) in my room 230. All night it kept making this really loud clunking sound every 30 mins or so. Definitely enough to wake both of us but didn't want to change rooms in the middle of the night (got in quite late). Let the desk guy know politely in the morning but he seemed indifferent to the observation. So unfortunate that neither of us got a good night's sleep (not preventable by the hotel), but also unfortunate that front desk employees do not take your concerns seriously if you are calm and polite.
