Good hotel, ideal for Geneva Airport
I was looking for cost effective overnight lodgings before flying the next day from Geneva. This hotel was fine. Nice and clean, bed was good, sheets and towels were spotless, shower was really good, Wifi was fast. I was able to park on site for free and breakfast was fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. I'll stay here again whenever I need to fly early from Geneva.

The room walls are thin and you can hear everything from the other rooms. One of the minus is that you have the electrical socket (only 2) and you can’t stay on the bed with the laptop while charging. Another minus is the pillow which is to hard and also, there is no supermarket in the area and the hotel has a strict policy regarding the consumption of the food and drinks purchased from outside of hotel. A plus is that the bus station - Parc la Fantasia - for bus 61 which take you to the Gare Cornavin in Geneva is in less 100 m from hotel. The internet speed is very good, but you can’t make calls via WhatsApp. The staff is very nice, speak English ( which is very good for foreign travellers) and do their best to feel you welcome at the hotel. The hotel is good for people visiting Geneva or attending the meetings in Geneva, due to the lower price than Geneva hotels are charge their clients.

Location is good. 20 mins drive to Geneva and hotel rate is much more cheaper than hotel at Geneva. To stay in this hotel, you would need to drive.

Bed was a bit small. Basic and clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, and awesome dog. Close enough to Geneva. Roadworks in the area makes it difficult to navigate.

Very warm friendly welcome. We had a room on the first floor facing the street. We didn't have noise from the street, as it was a holiday weekend, but the hotel is in the middle of a construction zone for a tramway, and our GPS was very confused by all the detours. Clean, comfortable and within easy walk of restaurants. No AC but the fan in the room was adequate. I would stay here again, given the opportunity.

Nice hotel close to main road
Close to public transportation, Pleasant Hotel stuff, clean rooms. If you go to Geneva bear in mind that last public transport (bus 61) from Central Station will start at 22:20.

Great and small hotel to stay at. Everyone at the front desk was really friendly and not only accommodated us, but went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They also had a cute dog who would just hang out in the lobby.

Comfort in the city.
This was a very nice, new a modern hotel for such an old but charming city. Somewhat difficult to find. You may want a map of the city. None of the hotels on our trip had washcloths so bring your own. Parking could probably be an issue during the busy season but we were fortunate and were able to park across the street. Very comfortable beds. Adequate breakfast.

Visit to Geneva area. Decent room, excellent service incl. breakfast, good choice of transit connections to central Geneva, esp. with Geneva Pass, reasonable choice of inexpensive restaurants close-by, free parking (!). Friendly dog at entrance. Pleasant surprise and excellent value.

Disappointed for the first time this trip...
Disappointed with this hotel and the staff. Room was okay, for not having a refrigerator or microwave. The man at the front desk was very rude. They charged us $8 extra for having our service dog with us despite hotels.com not saying that beforehand. The only plus for this place was it's proximity to the Domino's Pizza and it had WiFi in the room.

Bathrooms need to be updated
Service was very good and friendly. Rooms are somewhat small but they have been updated with new wood panels. The bed was comfortable. Bathrooms are old and there is only a hand-held shower that is installed too low on the wall. The room, bed and bathroom were all very clean. If you are taller than 5'4", you would need to bend to wash your hair under the hand-held shower. Breakfast was good and very well presented and served. Internet connection speed was slow.

I am one happy client as I received good and quality services from the staff. The rooms were nice and roomy, the bathroom was spotless and cleaned daily and I commend the hotel for its Go Green, Save the Planet concept especially in ensuring that clients also get involved by re-using the bath towels. There is a wonderful public transport which is just next to the hotel for a visitor to have their way around Anne-masse or in reaching Geneva. Benji, the dog was a delight and gave the place an environment of being homely. I will recommend the hotel and will definitely re-book for my next visit.

We arrived late at night for a stop over. Night attendant not so friendly. But, the morning attendant on the other hand very nice and accomodating. Give us a direction to a very nice sightseeing place and a restaurant. Only complaint is that the bed was not comfortable at all and out of the way. Definitely need a car to get around.
