Don't be fooled by the corporate website! Horrible

Pros: There wasn't one positive thing about this hotel
Cons: staff was rude, rooms were dirty, amenities on the website are not available at this location - although they accept pets they are not pet friendly
Location: Business - no place to walk. Restaurant/ fast food in driving distance
Upon arriving at this hotel you will see the front door being held open by a large rock/brick, then although the sign on the door says that hotel guests will require their key after 7pm the lock on the inner door has been ripped out leaving the wiring exposed. The front desk is very disorganized & their is garbage spattered on the wall in plain view of the guests. Staff at this hotel do not wear uniforms or name tags; they all wear street clothes (which are far from their Sunday best). The bedding was so bad we all slept fully clothed on top of the covers! We were put in the 1st room closest to the lobby, where every guest has to walk past, although the staff knew we had a pet; very nerve racking on our small dog. The "continental breakfast" consisted of some Danish that looked like they came from the vending machine, orange juice, & coffee. Don't try to take it to your room though because that's not allowed at this hotel. At one point a staff member accused me of leaving my pet unattended in the room. I tried to tell her that my husband had never left the room,but to no avail. My husband then went out to talk to the woman, explained he was in the room all day & asked for an apology. The woman refused to apologize! That was the last straw - we moved to another hotel across town! Don't be fooled by the corporate website & the image that this portrays - this place is a dump run by a family that is not only rude, but they are filthy. They have run this place into the ground.

This place is just terrible. And the front desk staff is also terrible. Stay away from it.

Cons: Empty vending machine, no pool, and barely any breakfast food
Location: Plenty of restaurants nearby
Free breakfast left much to be desired but rooms were clean and comfortable
