Best all inclusive I've stayed at in Turkey. Nice and friendly staff, great food (although breakfast and lunch was a bit disappointing). Spacious and clean room, but with bad lighting. Pool was too cold, but the sea is a few seconds away anyway. Excellent hotel for a family, the animation team were brilliant and the hotel activities held a good standard.

Very clean hotel, very good staff from the gardeners to the hotel manager. Ther are the odd bad eggs that are not very polite, but you get them everywhere in every walk of life.
The Golf side rooms are bigger by far, spolit for space. the golf side isn quieter.
A 5 minute walk takes you to the older resort side ( or 2 min buggy ride if avialble).
The animation team are the best i have ever seen in 8 visits to turkey. I came to thishotel in 2012 and about 50% o the team were still here, thankfully the better ones stayed and they others were replaced by very good people.
Gino and Aykut the chiefs are simply brilliant. Alex, Aliona, Pappis, Yassin, Urgu, Sveta, Yazza, Anastasia, Ezgi, Dima were awesome. Alex and Aykut great to see you again, your tyhe best
The food in he main restaurants is good, the a la cartes(Chinese, Italian (both free) Mexican 5 euros per person are poor and need to be better, i preferred to stay in main restaurant..
I cannot believe white rum is not included in all inclusive. tey use their own brand vodka, they could do the same with white rum and then one could have mohitos.
Never been to a hotel where pool beds are still avaialble at 10am.
Gala night is brilliiant
Overall an excellent place, great value for money

We arrived at 2.00 AM and were greeted warmly.
Rooms were big enough and comfortable with a lovely balcony.
Bathroom was clean and well decorated.
Food was great and varied each meal.
Staff were pleasant and eager to help.
Turkish Bath and massage was fantastic.
Pool was lovely.
The drinks all day by the pool was amazing.
I really can't fault this hotel for anything.

Our bags didn't arrive in time. But since the staff don't speak English well they simply asked us to give it an hour and the next time we enquired we were told wait for two days !!
In resort shops helped stock up clothes and swim wear! Bravo holiday starts
Forget the mannerisms and get used to chaotic breakfasts lunches and dinners. No sorry no thank you and no please!!!Enjoyed the salads and cheeses but the hot meals were not to my taste! Bravo I lost a few kilos.
The internet only works in the lobby and that too sometimes. Reception staff not helpful if the router needs a reboot.
The water slides and the aqua park. Superb! If you have kids aged 5-15, they will enjoy the two kids pools and the 20 slides it offers!
The lifeguards are friendly and helpful allowing underage kids tondo the bigger rides one time only!! Thanks atleast for that.
The hotel spa....I would recommend the Turkish bath/ hammam and a body massage.
Specially by Sezgin. He sorted out my bad upper back!!
The swimming pool area has slipper tiles. No EVA slippers if you want to be safe.
Evening entertainment is catered for Eastern Europe clientele
Icecream parlour staff are overworked and I feel it maybe better to buy the walls icecream than see the staff who look angry when assigned the icecream Alcatraz job.
