“I Was Impressed”

The hotel, the food, the service, the facilities; everything was more than I expected. I most certainly recommend this hotel.

“Should be renamed SPA Beach & Golf Hotel and there is nothing of Tat about it”

This is a very large hotel(think Disneyworld)with good facilities for children,large pools and very large grounds directly onto the beach. It is extremely efficiently and pleasantly run with excellent buffet meals and not-quite-so-good alternative restaurants. Public rooms are impressive,bedrooms large and immaculate and beds sumptuous. The SPA treatments are sublime and should not be missed -saunas and pool are free. Waiting staff are monolingual Turks who respond generously to any attempts at Turkish and multilingual supervisers are thick on the ground. The difference between half and full board needs close attention: the latter have wristbands securing free icecream beer and good house wine throught the day incl meals,'demis'pay for all of these but b'fast and dinner give you more than you can eat and you can buy bottles 15euros or glasses of House wine5E. Prices are in lira or euros Clientele mainly German(golfers) & Russian. Security staff are numerous but not intrusive. Book airport transfers in advance-Hotel charges 40euros each way,the airport taxis cost 50E - tariff is shown on boards at the rank. We stayed a week and did not leave the hotel so I cannot comment on trips. There is no coast path - you have to walk along the sandy beach. Watersports available each side of the Hotel beach. A very enjoyable holiday!

This is a property with a friendly atmosphere starting at the front desk. Staff is helpful. Clientele is Russian. Evening buffet did change a bit each night. Facility has a nice grassy area between the beach and pool making both accessible.

I was really happy with the service I have received. Personnel was very friendly and helpfull. Their open bufe was very rich and delicous.

“Could be better”

Nice clean room overlooking the water, however, the soap, shampoo, etc. amenities were very sparse with often not getting replacements for days. The workout facility was unmanaged and dirty although there was an adequate amount of equipment. Food variety was nice and very tasty in the general cafeteria. The restaurant food, especially in the Mexican restaurant was superb. Staff was friendly and eager to please.

Beautiful Hotel, Very nice beautiful sandy beach, however bad customer service.

“NOT 5 STAR HOTEL”

Dissappointed with this hotel not up to 5 Star standard .No spoons in main restaurant expected you to use plastic sticks, Most times no wine glasses white wine warm, red wine cold, new one on me. Needs more choice of restaurants. Air conditioning broke ,was fixed but still not working properly. Waiter/waitresses need to be taught how to smile,. also not to take away what you are still eating or drinking when you leave the table for a minute. It seems strange in this modern era there was no Sky connection not so much in the bedrooms but at least in the main parts of the hotel.All inclusive but bar closes at 11.00 pm chargeable after then. Entertainment at night was geared for children not adults,Sunbeds on beach had no matresses and therefore were very uncomfortable and if you wanted to find a sunbed on beach or grass area after 8.00 am very difficult as most had been saved by putting a towel on them and then you watched these sunbeds sitting there most of day not been used. My friend cut her leg on a sharp tile in the swimming pool, went to bar and asked for first aid and was given a paper napkin with gin poured on it. Postive side the outside areas of the hotel were kept very clean and tidy.

“Five star price two star service”

Food about the same stanard as a 5$ all you can eat buffet. Al la carte only 100 hundred seats a night. these you have to book at 9.00 am 24 hours before.In door pool unheated and cold. The hotel is run for the convience of the staff rather than the guests.Though large and impressive there is nothing aproeching five star apart from the price.The entertainment is so bad you think its a send up.The best meal we had was on the plane going and coming back.
