This place is incredible, it's like a village on a beach with restaurants, bars, various lounging areas & multiple pools, activity areas, entertainment venues, sports facilities, steam, sauna, spa & more, but their biggest asset is the staff. Great service with a smile.
The hotel is exceptionally clean throughout, the interiors & rooms are beautiful and there is lots to explore around the attractive, well maintained grounds. The beds are comfortable with different types of pillows.
The hotel is ultra all inclusive & they really mean it. There is a large variety of food & drink available 24hrs a day in the buffet restaurant & there are a number of other restaurants/bars to choose from which are open at various times of the day. Not all of these are open year round, but there was still plenty to choose from.
We came in winter, some parts were closed off, but it really did not lessen our experience. This hotel has 2 heated swimming pools, 1 indoor & 1 outdoor, so it is great for a winter break. The hotel is family friendly with kids & teen clubs. Daily activities for all, Archery, tennis, air rifle, darts, boccia, crafts, Turkish lessons, Zumba, pool aerobics. Every night there is a 21.30 show, disco and music in the bar.
Excellent New year gala & 2024 party, the animation team were brilliant all week & all the hotel staff no matter what their job, work hard to ensure you are happy, none of them accept less than perfection.
