A complimentary breakfast and evening social are offered (may not be available daily). Dining is available at one of the resort's 7 restaurants and guests can grab coffee at the coffee shop/café. The property also has a snack bar/deli. Guests can unwind with a drink at one of the resort's bars, which include a swim-up bar, a poolside bar, and a bar/lounge. A private beach, a golf course, and a health club are featured at the resort. 3 outdoor swimming pools are on site along with an indoor pool. In addition to a seasonal outdoor pool, other recreational amenities include a waterslide, a spa tub, a sauna, and a steam room.

Callos Spa has 25 treatment rooms including rooms for couples and outdoor treatment areas. Services include massages, facials, body wraps, and body scrubs. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy and Ayurvedic treatments. This garden view spa is equipped with a mud bath, a sauna, a spa tub, and Turkish bath/hammam. Visitors of this spa can round out their time of relaxation with a trip to the café and boutique.

Children under 6 years old are not allowed in the spa without adult supervision. Guests under 2 years old are not allowed in the spa.
