“Great Family Vacation”
We stayed here during the second week of April 2012. There were just two disappointments - the confusion regarding booking a 'sea view' Vs 'sea side view', probably because of Expedia's booking process and one of the guys in the game room was rude. Apart from these two minor irritants, the stay was superb. Food was absolutely great #did not even bother to go to A-la carte# and plenty, served by ever smiling and friendly staff. Drinks were flowing all around #included#. Saunas, Steam, Bath were adequate and Spa/ Massage was excellent. Indoor swimming pool was fully in use. Outdoor pools were mostly for sun-tanners lying around served by the friendly Bar team on skates. Animators #entertainers# were more friendly and helpful during the day than skilled during evening. The animation staff doubled taking care of entertainment during the day and they were a delight. It was the risque shows at night they did were less than entertaining #three nights during our stay#. One variety dance show by outsiders was talented but not so well choreographed. The Turkish night was expectedly delightful, and the belly dancer was spirited. What stays as great memories are the smile of staff and the general family friendly atmosphere. And food... of course.

It was a good hotel management in receiving me. They were working in the hotel in a high degree of respect and appreciation for the resident at the hotel. As for its outlook to eat .. They are very good ... The excellent variety Feeder
“Great hotel!!”
Great hotel!!
“best of the best”
I had one week (7nights) family holiday with my husband &2kids 4 and 7 at antalya.I always like to change hotels that"s why I stayed 2 nights at 1st one then 4 nights at delphin and finally only one night at the third one (the 3 are 5 stars &most recommended ones by travelers).when i went to the first one i felt like wow how nice but as i went to delphin it was how bad the first one compared to this. thank you expedia &delphin I was in heaven. Everything is wonderful:hotel lobby, staff, room, food, activities, pools ,night shows and above all quality of guests(unlike 1st one);no ques,no school lines to get food or drink because no need for them as enough staff, no overbooking, good organization.been to hotels worldwide and DELPHIN PALACE is the best.for the first time in my life i feel i want to go back to same hotel &cant wait to!!! me ,my husband and my 2 kids
“Good but not great --”
Delphin Palace is a deluxe all inclusive resort that is one of the best in Antalya Turkey. The rooms are of adequate size, but possibly a little dark in decor and lighting. Food was excellent, service acceptable but not great. Overall a four star experience...but not comparable to the "best" inclusives in Mexico and Jamaica. Good beach (not too many rocks - nice pier with bar and loungers, but often crowded) and beautiful tropical grounds. I would return if the price is right!
“Perfect beach weather and friendly people everywhere”
This hotel was a good fit for our family travel needs. All inclusive buffet, great pools, beautiful beach and very clean hotel. The pools were cold in October - beach water was warmer. But the kids had a great time in the pool with the slides. There were lots of English speakers mostly from the UK. We were likely the only family from the US. No problem communicating but the kids did not feel comfortable in the kids club given the language gap. German and Russian were widely spoken too. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is extremely clean and well cared for. Skip the spa. Beach, pools and cabanas were fun. Delicious watermelon served all day. Also the Belgian Waffles in the afternoon were a hit. You should use the main dining hall for meals and skip the specialty restaurants because their menus are very limited. We had a family room which was two bedrooms and two bathrooms - a perfect fit for our needs. Friday night Gala was fun and festive. Overall a very positive stay
“awesome stay.. and i totally miss it..i want to go back”
Overall, the hotel was great. They have a friendly staff. The room was just ok. Nothing really special about the room, but the hotel amenities were great. The Disco needed more people.. but the dancers that they had to promote the nightclub at the hotel were great. I loved the food.. so many to choose from... I never did the "a la carte", so I cannot really comment. I would definitely come back..and stay much longer..Wished that the hotel provided a shuttle to the airport.
“Average at best. NOT 5 star”
The hotel is fine for families with small children. The food was good and varied in the buffet style area. The hotel bills itself as a five star hotel, but in reality is perhaps a two or three star hotel. I asked for a glass of pinot grigio and the bartender looked at me like I had two heads. So, I rephrased it as, "May I have a glass of white wine?" I was given a glass of white wine and was told it was the only white that they had. They clearly were unaccustomed to guests arriving by car and did not know how to handle the car parking situation. So we parked the car ourselves in what looked like an undeveloped piece of the hotel property.
“Jan,2008. 10-day of Leisure”
Well, I like the appearnce of the hotel. As for the rest, they really have to improve their service. German people are everywhere there. I think you even do not have to go to Germany after staying in Palace for 10 days.
“Not the best, not the worst...”
This is a good hotel for kids, since it offers a veriety of activities. What was apalling to me was the fact that there are no life guards anywhere. There was no sence of hygene at the interior pool. Babies were allowed to go in without any swim diapers. I saw poo on the side of the pool, and naked babies in the pool. Teen age boys were causing havoc and being really rough at the pools, which was very dangerous, since there are little kids there as well. Parents had to really stay on top of things and keep the older kids away. The response from the hotel officials was always that this was no big deal. You will get bored with the food after a week, it all starts to taste the same after a while.
