When we arrived they gave us the room which was not cleaned and told us to wait 30-40 minutes. We arrived the hotel at 2:30pm and room was still not prepared. Receptionist was kind enough to let me use one clean room shower after negotiation. Probably won’t stay there in the future.

I stayed for one night before getting on a bus to the airport. That qualifier greatly affects how I perceive the hotel. Overall everything was fine. It’s a hotel room that was clean and reasonably comfortable. It was fairly priced. If I was staying for multiple days this would not be my property of choice. It is too far from the airport and the pool is small.

Won't give you all information
Didn't clean the room everyday, watch there drink in refrigerator in your room because those aren't free, they won't tell you all the details to until you're in rush . I didn't like the customer service at all.

Gem of a hotel
Stayed for 8 nights in early September, really impressed by this beautiful little hotel, felt at home, nice to stay in a non-corporate family-run place. Great location, room lovely, big comfortable bed, air conditioning, balcony, fridge etc - everything was in good order. I liked that the rooms were themed - we had the Thai room - they clearly care, there was even a book about Thailand to enjoy on the bedside table. The pool is bigger than it appears in photos and was great to use at the end of the day. The pool and sun lounger areas were spotlessly clean. There were inflatable toys, swimming aids and so on you could use at the pool or borrow to use in the sea. The clientele were mostly young studenty or professional types I felt, not the stag / hen party crowd. The other guests were respectful, seemed happy, it was good. Very relaxing atmosphere, it felt like a boutique hotel but without any sense of being aloof. There was some humour in the decoration, little touches in the lobby with some amusing cute toys, souvenirs and decorative touches around. Free wifi in the lobby worked well outside too. Good location, short walk to Kleopatra Beach and Attaturk Boulevard in one direction, or in the other heading away from the sea into the more Turkish parts of town. Buses to places a little further away (e.g. Alanyum mall) are a short walk away and the hotel staff will give you directions. No food available in the hotel but there are many options nearby open from dawn to 2am.

this hotel is located at center of alanya. you can go to sea, nightclubs restaurants etc in 5 minutes. very clean rooms. Internet was fast. crew were very polite. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great time in Hildegard
The time I spent in Hildegard was perfect. The hotel is little and cute, very clean and unusually . Owners are very friendly and accomplished. Rooms are clean and nice.Only thing I can complaine is WiFi - was to low.Anything else was perfect.

Made my Holiday to Alanya! Great budget hotel!
Location: Hildegard Hotel is excellent for those looking to stay in the heart of Alanya City (not the City Center). The hotel conveniently located a short walk away from Kleopatra Beach and is smack in the middle of an abundance of hotels, restaurants, small markets. Hospitality: The hotel is family run and the owners are 'super' friendly and accommodating. They will go out of their way to help you out and make your stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel also has a pool (small size) with few lazy chairs for sunbathing. Rooms: The rooms are small-ish sized but have all the amenities you typically need on a holiday - Air Conditioning, TV, fully stacked Mini Bar/Fridge, decent storage space and hair dryer in the bathroom. Facilities: A lift is available but barely large enough to carry 2 people (so use it to take your luggage + 1 person). Mind you, there are only 3-4 floors, so not too much of a hassle. WiFi is available, but the router is in the ground floor lobby, so your connection strength may vary if you are anywhere on the second floor upward. It would be nice to have few repeaters on the floors so guests can enjoy WiFi from their room - but hey, if you're on a holiday, you may want to enjoy the city rather than browse the internet in the hotel. There is a small balcony too for the smokers, although I doubt there are any proper smoking rooms available since I requested one and there didn't seem to be any. Overall a great experience and highly recommended!

Great place for a great place
My husband and I stayed at Hildegard hotel for a week and we absolutely loved it. Clean and cosy rooms, and very nice and loving owners. Each room has hair dryers and you don't need to carry yours all the way. The hotel location is perfect, less than five minutes to Cleopatra beach, restaurants and shops. There is also a swimming pool,if you don't feel like going to the beach! I would definitely stay there again as this hotel gives you so much more than you get for the price you pay!

Konum olarak iyi. temizlik çok kötü. 5 gün otelde kaldık. kaç kez söylenmesine rağmen 4.gün ancak temizletebildik. Resepsiyon karşılamada güler yüzlü insanlar ama oda banyo temizliği genel olarak kötü.

An der Hygiene muss noch gearbeitet werden! Im Bad gibt es keine Ablüftung dass finde ich sehr schlecht! Die Zimmer sind aber sonst schön. Ordnung und Sauberkeit muss trotzallem besser werden.

Hadde trøbbel med transporten ankomstdagen som var i regi av hotellet. Ventet på bussen i over 1 time. ble møtt av en representant fra busselskapet, men han kommuniserte dårlig og ga lite info. Sa fra om dette til hotellet, men der ble vi møtt av en person som ikke var veldig interessert i å høre hva vi hadde å si. Heldigvis var det en der ved senere anledning vi kunne snakke med som er med å trekke det totale inntrykket litt opp. Frokosten var kjedelig, og det ble servert french fries til frokost. Rommet var fint visuelt, men manglet skapplass til å ha klær osv. dusjområdet var heller ikke tett slik at det kunne lekke vann til selve rommet uten av vi skjønte hvorfor. Ankomstdagen skulle vi ta oss et bad i bassenget på hotellet, men droppet det da vi syns det bar preg av å være skittent så vi bestemte oss heller for å dra til stranda som var like ved.

Nice hotel but…
The hotel look pleasant and is renovated and the pictures look accurate. We had some problems with the cleaning service the staff said multiple times that we couldn’t get towels everyday which is a big problem since Alanya is extremely hot and you want clean towels after your bath I hope they want to change this so you can get towels everyday. The hotel does not offer day to day cleaning which is not stated anywhere. Breakfast is alright but limited and on the last 2 days we didn’t want to eat there since there was small ants around the food. Staff was nice and the stay was good. The hotel has so much potential and will be so much better if these small issues would be addressed and fixed. Thanks for everything.

Konum olarak plaja yakın oldukça sakin bir yerde. Personel arkadaşça ve yardım sever. Koridorda ve odada halı çok yorgun ve kirli kesin yenilenmeli. Bir hafta süresince odada temizlik yapılmadı. Temizliğin dışında ödediğinin karşılığını alırsın.

Für diese Preisklasse kann man keine hohe Ansprüche erwarten. Nur für Übernachten ist es O.K. WC und Zimmer sind sauber. Parkmöglichkeiten für mit eigenen Wagen anreisende sind beschränkt.

Huzurlu ve sakin bir otel
8 gündür bu oteldeyim ve ne gördüysem onu yazacağım.Cleopatra plajına yakın ufak temiz ve şirin bir otel.Çalışanları gayet güler yüzlü samimi ve çözüm odaklı.Odalarda klima ve mini buzdolabı ekstra ücret olmadan standart şekilde yer alıyor.Odam her gün toparlandı temizliği ihmal edilmedi.Havuzu biraz küçük havuz severlere pek tavsiye edemem bu açıdan.Tam bir fiyat performans oteli diyebiliriz aslında.Alanya merkeze araçla 3 km kadar uzaklıkta kalıyor.Tv yayını çok kaliteli ve akıcı bunu da söylemem lazım tv izlemeyi sevenler için.

Отличный отель за такие деньги. У нас был номер на 4 этаже с панорамными окнами, видно крепость) кондиционер есть, плоский тв(русские каналы тоже есть), холодильник. Номер чистый, в отеле тоже чисто, нет посторонних запахов. До моря 5 минут по прямой. Очень вежливый и услужливый персонал. Я советую

Merhaba Murat bey..Otelimize gece giriş yapıp sabah çıktınız...Bütün misafirlerimiz sessiz ve sakin olduğu için gelirler..Odanızı Kahvaltı hariç satın almışsınız .fakat kahvaltı yapmaya kalktınız.bizde size kahvaltısız satın aldığınızı fakat ücet dahilinde kahvaltı yapabileceğinizi söyledik...Rezervasyonunuzdan gösterdik.bakmadınız..Ve bayan arkadaşınız ile çıkış yaptınız. Bu neden yüzünden Otelimize çamur atıyorsunuz..Kahvaltı yapmanıza izin verseydik bu yorumu yazmıyacaktınız...Sizi mutlu edemediğimiz için üzgünüz.....

Super mysigt hotell med familjär känsla. Ligger lite avskiljt från gator med restauranger och ljud. Personalen är väldigt trevlig, tillmötesgående och hjälper dig med vad än du behöver. Kommer definitivt att bo på samma hotell igen nästa gång jag åker tillbaka!

Pas mal Hotel propre ... bien placé pa loin de la plage cléopatre .personnel agréable.le seul hic c’est le petit déjeuner.ils devraient rajouter plus de choses et investir pour du vrais café:).
