Six huge disco balls hang from the ceiling in Hillside Su Hotel's lobby, where coloured lighting and long, cushioned sofabeds provide a striking setting in which to lounge with cocktails and listen to live DJ music. Outdoors, guests can enjoy drinks until 2 AM at the Beach Bar, or sunbathe on teak decking by the long, narrow pool. Situated directly beneath the pool is a nightclub, where guests can drink and dance well into the early hours. Relaxation comes in the form of a range of Balinese and Oriental spa treatments, including massage, and body treatments such as scrubs, polishes and exfoliation. The spa baths at the hotel offer hydrotherapy, hot tub and seaweed options, while further treatments for the body come courtesy of La Prairie and include lipo-sculpting, purifying, detoxifying and caviar firming treatments. A tranquil relaxation room is available for the use of spa guests and features low-level white beds, parquet floors and candles, alongside a garden area with wall-mounted floral bouquets. After a day of pampering, guests may wish to go souvenir-hunting in the shopping arcade where cigars and jewellery are on sale, or drop into the hair salon. More active guests will appreciate the well-equipped fitness room where trained instructors are on hand to offer advice and arrange personalised fitness programmes.
