Nice clean hotel and excellent staff

Posted Sep 15, 2014
Staying at hotel Su was a great experience. Staff were fantastic. It was my wife's bday a few days into our stay there. When we entered the room there were balloons, a birthday card, a cake and a bottle of champagne. Then a few days later on her actual bday, room service delivered another cake and more champagne. We could not fault the hotel at all during out stay, highly recommended.

Beautiful Hotel, Pool and Beach

Posted Jul 26, 2014
Pros: The rooms, hotel facilities, the pool area and beach area.
Location: The Hotel is next to an Aquarium and a Water Park. Great for kids..
I stayed at Hotel Su for 3 days and really enjoyed the Hotel, the beautiful pool area and the access to the beach. The rooms are very clean, modern and very comfortable. It is a resort atmosphere, so if you are looking for a relaxing few days in Antalya, then this is a wonderful place to stay..

Super clean white hotel

Posted Jul 12, 2014
Pros: The space, cleanliness and good sservice
Cons: in room Wi-Fi need sorting
First impression on entering was the whiteness of interior. Reception staff very helpful in spite of limited command of English. Room was large, white with huge mirrors adding to the dimension. Large balcony with a bed too with a good view of sea and adjoining water world. Toilet was clean and modern. Surprised to see toilet/bidet combo, very useful indeed. Dining room was very large, but occasionally confusing due to inter positioning of large mirrors. Breakfast was very good with large selection Free Wi-Fi was a bit of disappointment- as most of the time there was no connection. We were allowed to check out at 2pm, which helped. Taxi services were excellent

If you like hospitals, you will love Su

Posted Jul 9, 2014
The all white painted spaces, mirrors and furniture are disorienting. We walked in the door and thought we walked into a hospital. The front desk staff struggled with English as well as the check in and out process. They will not print boarding passes or help you check in with the airline. The wifi does not work unless you are in the lobby. The bar and restaurant staff had a much better grasp of English- and the food was good. The hotel is perfect for someone who is just wanting to hang out by the pool or Sea and has no interest in other area activities.

avoid by all means management changed

Posted Jul 4, 2014
Pros: location
Cons: staff; management; cleanless
I stayed at this hotel many times before; however this time it was all different. After few calls and complains i got to know why; because it does not belong anymore to the Hillside group. First of all hotel's AC system does not work except at the reception lounge area. That means with 38 degrees outside you will sweat in the elevators; rooms and corridors. I sent my clothes to the laundry; 2 of them were missing and 1 of them changes in color. I was not able to get to hold of the laundry staff till 5 minutes before my departure. Hotel swimming pool area was overly crowed. hotel rooms and lounges at the receptions were exceptionally dirty. Balcony door was broken. We were a party of 8 and we all had same issues. Try to avoid.

All we wanted for our honeymoon

Posted Jun 30, 2014
The staff are trained in international standards of caring for the guests' needs. They never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them when we asked for ice for the 6th time or when we asked a passing staff member about the outdoor movie session schedule. The buffet was wonderful. There were food selections that I had missed eating while living in Istanbul. (Cheddar cheese, shrimp, etc) We always saw that "one more meal item" that we wanted. The biggest daily choice was whether to go to the beach or the pool to hang out for the day. Evenings always had something planned. There were parts of our room and bathroom (the edges) that showed some age.... But not enough to distract from the overall experience.

totally overrated hotel

Posted Jun 29, 2014
Pros: pool and food
Cons: level of cleanliness must be improved, curtains that block light are a must, kinder staff...is always a nice touch
Location: except for the mall which is kind of walking distance from the hotel and the aqvarium there is nothing to do but stay in the pool or go to the beach.
stayed for 3 nights BB. food nice. spa OK. pool great. staff totally unprofessional. I asked for a late check-out willing to pay the price for 5 additional hours as for half day, It was refused and the reception guy told me I should have made an reservation for an additional night... the second day our room was NOT cleaned we needed to go ask for new towels, third day we made sure the room will be taken care of and I had to go take an additional roll of toilet paper myself... (mind you this is quoted as a **** hotel!!) the cocktails were aproximate Turkish versions of the originals the decor is COLD, totally white - first impression was as if we arrived to a hospital ... kind of scary... the curtains in room are vertical venetian blinds that don't close perfectly so the morning is FULL of light. For a person who cannot sleep with light this is a catastrophy! Noise level OK as we were on the last floor (9)

The hotel was very clean, staff were very helpful and always friendly! The drinks were a little expensive and it was wasy to rack up a bill on our hotel cards but overall was an amazing holiday and would definitely go there again!
