Good stop for early flights

Overall nice. Breakfast was pleasant and the pool large. Yet, was given wrong room and they still have tube TVs, and tiny tube TVs. Beds are better than most hotels in Turkey but still not like in the Hilton's.

Very elaborate hotel for an "airport hotel". Excellent pool area and breakfast. Strange that our double room (two twin beds) was supplied with one set of towels. Now we know why the couple at the desk when we were checking in asked for another bath towel .... Expensive bar - 1/2 litre of so-so white wine for 20E. Free shuttle van to the airport.

Unreliable Airport Hotel

Pros: Friendly stray cats outside.
Cons: Unreliable transportation to and from airport. No clock in room. Scheduled wake up call never happened.
Location: There's nothing nearby; you are a captive audience and the prices for everything in the hotel are expensive.
Arrived at the airport, waited for the hotel shuttle to arrive for an hour but it never did. There are no hotel courtesy phones in the airport. I tried to call the hotel using a payphone, but I don't speak Turkish and the best I can tell is that you need a pre-paid card to use the pay phone. Walked over to the international terminal where I found the airport information desk, who could call the hotel and figure out the situation. Apparently the hotel shuttle wasn't available, but they never told me. They said they had a deal with the taxis to give people free rides, but when the airport info guy talked to the taxis he said that it was only for airline employees and that it would be 10 TL for a ride. I took a taxi and went to the front desk, and they asked if I paid for a taxi and I said yes, and they said that I shouldn't have and that they wouldn't reimburse me. The rooms have no clocks so I requested a wakeup call for my early morning flight and a shuttle ride in the morning. The wakeup call never happened and the shuttle was never scheduled. Fortunately I had a back up alarm, but I was still late to the airport due to the shuttle having not been scheduled. I didn't have my own alarm I would have missed my flights back to the US and would have had to paid thousands of dollars to get new ones.

close to the airport /late arrival

A good hotel if you arrive late, or have an early departure. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was better than typical, and service began 4 am , with hot service at 6 am. If you plan to tour Perge & Termessos it would make a comfortable base for a day or two.

Great Airport Hotel!

I only had one night's stay so I can't comment on any of the ameneties within the hotel, but it was extremely comfortable and catered for everything that I needed for the one night. The staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast wasn't too extensive, however it was very pleasant and sufficient for me. The view of the pool outside with beautiful sunshine was a great start to the day. I couldn't have asked for more!

Typical airport business location

Location: On the airport property, minutes from the domestic and international terminals
Rooms were very quiet. Dining Room fare was good, but not spectacular. WIFI password supplied by the front desk never worked. Lighting in the room was very poor. The bathroom had more than the typical number of amenities, but many were for sale on the minibar model.

Great hotel ruined by staff and cats

Pros: spa area, pool, location
Cons: Terrible staff. Very abrupt, unhelpful and unwelcoming. Did not get ever as much as a smile out of any of the. spa staff ok
Location: Great. close to airport but quiet in rooms.
Staff were unhelpful when I asked for things. Cats just roaming around during evening mral. One jumped on me and when I said it was not acceptabl, I was greeted by an arguement and a refusal to waive the meal cost as requested. Very disappointed by staff attitude. Such a shame for a hotel with such potential

Significant improvement

I have stayed in this hotel for last 8 years, two or three times a year, there are significant improvement in customer service at the front desk, added service to airport even it is not available much, and condition of the room. In non-smoking room, there is still heavy background smell of smoke. Pools (indoor and outdoor), sauna and Turkish hamam are extremely clean. Overall, IC Hotel is the most comfortable and relaxin place to stay before and after flight. This is exactly five start hotel.
