This hotel is one of the best hotels in Antalya that we have been to so far. Cleanliness, attentive staff, great service, courtesy, luxury, large rooms, helpful people, amazing room service, amazing reception service, luxurious and sophisticated hammam and spa, food above and beyond, everything was perfect. In general, the Turkish people are very friendly and kind, Turkey is simply wonderful, we enjoyed every moment. We absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone, and will come back again soon.

the pools where huge , the outdoor buffet dining area during dinner time was very nice as it was by the water front. the entertainment is great! every night they have a different show and then live music. lots going on at this hotel and so many bars to hang out. great for families and for couples.

selection of food, beverage and sweets was top rated. they also have well maintained functional facility. hotel decor and ambient is unique. check in was made the correct way having the host come to your comfortable chair and not having to stand. beach is well preserved, clean and has service. you dont have to mind service as they are on top of you.

The hotel is good in general, the facility is getting old, regarding the food the lunch buffet menu was repeated exactly at the dinner buffet and both were poor.

The Hotel was 5 star, but the service was 10 star! Every member of staff worked tirelessly and was so friendly. Never waited long for food or drinks. Food was excellent and plenty of choices. Drinks were all branded and cocktails were brilliant. We cannot rate this hotel and staff highly enough. All Covid measures were taken and it was a fantastic break! Pool and beach areas are clean and relaxing. Lovely cabanas on a pier. Top hotel would visit again

Kaya Palazzo keeps the ‘best hotel crown’ for us yet again! Amazing service from the pier team, restaurant staff and jewellery store team! The Covid provisions were very well managed and you felt very safe! This was our fourth visit.. we will definitely be back!!!! Loved it yet again!!!

My son living in Germany unexpectedly had to join us for 3night between 9th to 12th January, but neither hotel nor expdia could make a flexible change with the room service. (No possibility of ddding him to my room with add extra charges. My stay was 11 nights from January 1st to 12th) Therefore, I have booked an additional room for him separately. Having no flexibility for me and my wife was a bit frustrating. Best regards.

Great October Get-away
Great resort! Very clean with an up-dated feel. Great choices on buffet, although as with most buffets, food was mediocre. Friendly staff, most speaking English well enough for my family to get everything we wanted or needed. Did not venture outside of resort so can not attest to location benefits or surrounding area.

I reserved a duplex suite that turned out to be really bad due to high humidity and bad ventilation . I complained to the manger and he agreed to move us to a Palazzo suite on higher floor that turned out to be much better. Otherwise the resort facilities are good.

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Compliments to chef Omar him and his team have done a great job with quality of food. Waitress Elifie at the Asciana restaurant was so so lovely she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and happy- thank you , Only comments are not many staff speak fluent English. Also when we called for help operator would not understand and would be waiting for long time. Staff reluctant to come up to room to help with anything. Apart from that the whole experience was definitely 5 star and v impressive. Really recommend the full sea view rooms, the views is perfect.

Worst hotel ever!
Do yourself a favour and don't try this hotel. I've been to so many all inclusive hotels in Antalya but this one was the worst one!!! The whole place is falling apart! One of the lift wasn't working since we've arrived and they haven't fixed it when we left as well so we had to wait for 15 minutes to use the lift!! The food is terrible and always cold! Our bathroom hasn't been cleaned for a week, the towel hanger was broken and interestingly when they've called us to ask if everything is ok, my wife complained about all of these but they didn't do anything after that! Terrible customer service!

One of the best all inclusive hotels in the world
Perfection in every respect. Food, drink beach, entertainment and pro-active management especially Rida who is everywhere asking guests if they are happy or have any problems This is so much better than any of the neighbouring countries that claim to offer all inclusive and are constantly trying to save money the minute you arrive.

This is not a mid range hotel , and need to keep it in mind during the reservation process (the prices are above average) The food verity is wide , food well prepared , fresh and tasty. The pastry working hours are very convenient , you may choose the best hour for you in order to have a grate cake and a cup of tea with no need to rush. Evening shows are great , very high quality , great and professional performance. The rooms are big , clean and well maintained, the bed is very comfortable ,white and clean bed sheets. One thing I didn't like is the pool cleaning , the water is not clean enough (I've stayed 5 nights at the hotel , but didn't see any pool cleaning during evening hours during the entire stay) and you really feel the dirt once you are swimming (lot of sand , and other floating dirt) , during the evening once the pool is being in-lighted you really may noticed murky water. Also the aqua park facilities (the stairs and all the backyard area) is very dirty. The cleaning of pool area should be defiantly improved.

Best all-inn hotel ever
Best option for spoiled parents with small kids. I couldn’t imagine that all-inn can have such a great quality and presentation buffet, never crowded and having everything, from shrimps and steaks to local foods, most fresh salads and fruits and ice cream... Really big rooms and balconies, pillow menue, two TVs, kids club, great pools and a beach. A minus: some staff at the breakfast could not speak any foreign language but Turkish. It usually took us up to 20 minutes to get a lactose free milk for our kids - but we always got it! )) Great Place to be.

It's awesome but comes with 3 red flags, which I was not to pleased with. The food is great the grounds are awesome and the booze is fantastic. We stayed in turkey for 2 weeks at a different hotel and checked in for one night to experience the Kaya Palazzo as I've always fancied booking it. The first red flag was on arriving at the security gate where I was asked to hand over my passport to the security guard who would then bring it up to reception for me to collect later. This in my opinion was awful, it went against my instincts but as I'm relatively relaxed I went along with it, but for me this was not normal - we arrived early to get the most out of our single day at Palazzo and we had it in email that this was ok - but when I had to hand over my passport this was not ok and very stressful. It wasn't like, handing over a passport at the reception desk the security gate was a fair distance away from the reception. So in my opinion this was not good experience. The 2nd red flag was I was asked to take off my band from the other hotel (luckily my other hotel was relaxed and gave me a new one) but I've heard of hotels that charge for new bands. The third red flag was that I had to pay on arrival - this was fine but I didn't get a receipt of payment after I handed over my cash (despite asking for one). So in my head I was worried that they could easily have asked for payment again on check out and I would have been stuffed ( luckily this didn't happen).

This hotel is very clean with friendly staff, the food is great,everything was great except the entertainment , you know people don’t come to the hotel to just eat and rest they want to have live music or belly dancer , we had to beg to have a live music, other 5 star hotel had lots of entertainment for their guest , but this hotel had a poor entertainment. But if you don’t care about entertainment this is a cozy hotel. But from march 20 to april 3 they need to have a live music for iranian new year , otherwise they are going to loose their guest, but as i said the hotel and staff are great. Thx kaya plazzo for your hospitality
