“Falulous stay at Kemer Resort Hotel!!!”

This was our first trip to Turkey and Mediterranean. And it was terrific!!! Thanks to Kemer Resort Hotel and its stuff! It is for sure is one of the most beautiful places on Earth. Fascinating deep blue water of the Mediterranean Sea and gorgeous mountains on the background! Something I could only dream about! The hotel was beautiful, clean and spacious! Not too crowded. The animation team did a great job entertaining guests almost 24 hours a day! Pool games, belly dancers, ice-sculpturing, fireworks, etc. There was something interesting going on in the open-sky Amphitheater every night. The Gala Dinners (banquets) on Fridays were unforgettable! Most of the stuff speaks English, Russian and Turkish. The service was wonderful! All stuff was polite and super friendly! The hotel has a great pier which you can easily swim of. It is a lot better than getting into the water from the beach because the beach is pebble. Probably not the most pleasant thing to walk on barefoot for many people... :) Though, the water was unbelievably clear due to the pebble beach! Food was delicious and the variety was fantastic! Late lunch at one the pool restaurants was available until 4 pm. You can also make a reservation at one of the four A la Carte restaurants per stay, which was a very pleasant experience for us as well. Perfect place for a family vacation! We definitely enjoyed our stay a lot! We will certainly come back again!

“Fabulous hotel with wonderful staff”

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of the staff. The hotel was spotlessly clean both in our room and throughout all the public areas. The design of the hotel offers spacious and comfortable areas to relax both inside and out and every possible requirement is met. The facilities offered are many and varied and catered for in style. The food offered is good quality and varied - we were never bored with it - and the a la carte restaurants were first rate. The staff are excellent and the overall impression is that nothing is too much trouble, they serve with a willing and pleasant manner at all times. We are going back asap.

Great Hotel deserving of its rating. Well maintained and the food is absolutely brilliant there with a wide variety and beautifully presented dishes. Right on the sea and great pools too.

“4 Star hotel”

It appears most hotels in Antalaya area should be knocked down by one star. If like me, youre a traveler used to Four seasons and Westin standard hotels, then Kemer Resort will truly disappoint you. The rooms are similar to those of a Holiday Inn. obviously an old hotel which was renovated with cost cutting in mind. Lights were switched off in the evenings in the corridors, and A/C set to not cool over 25 degrees. Food quality is OK, but dont expect lavish food in an all inclusive. its closer to a university cafeteria standard. Staff are unpleasant, as seemed 90% of Turkish people, in the planes, in the streets, and in this hotel. Also expect a 1 hour taxi ride from the Antalya airport, which will set you back around Euro 80.- each way.

“Hotel under construction at the beginning of the season”

Travel end of April 09: 1) indoor pool not open (hotel had electrical fire 10 days prior to arrival); 2) pier with lounge chairs that extends into the sea being redone/couldn't be used entire time we were there; 3) had to wait in line for 20 minutes each morning to book a la carte restaurants. Indoor pool: would have been considerate of hotel's management to inform guests ahead of time that pool would not be operational - we would have certainly changed our reservations. When we complained to management, they promised to look into when it would be open and also let us know if they would be able to "walk us" to another hotel. It took them 2 days to get back to us and only because we kept bugging them. They never even considered walking us to another hotel and told us the pool would be open "tomorrow". Well, great except this was day before we were to check-out; The pier - it would have been nice if hotel did upgrades prior to opening of season so that guests could actually use pier. Regarding a la carte restaurants - spending 20 min each morning in line to get a restaurant reservation is not what I want to do during vacation. The food in buffet was average and there was nearly no fresh fruit to be found. All we had were apples/oranges; strawberries found their way to the buffet only about half the week. The hotel has potential to be very nice. The facilities are good and most of the staff tries very hard. It's unfortunate that hotel really doesn't live up to level it should.

“Happy NEVER TO GO BACK!”

Very slow check in!.. The hotel was extremely noisy, forget it if you have kids, & if u or family want to sleep before 1am, the sound from the disco is impossible to sleep in. Food was buffet, and only average... The pool and beach chairs vertually touch each other!.. They are packed in!great if u don't want any peace or privacy!... 3/10 from us. We stayed 6x nights. We also stayed at RIXOS tekirova... 9.8/10..LOVED IT!!.. has everything kemer resort has but a 1000% better!

“Couldn't wait to leave”

Arrived to find twin room (2 beds) not double. Not exactly perfect for romantic week away with girlfriend. Complained and was told by front desk to move hotels if I didn't like it.Food in main restaurant similar to school dinners with dirty tables and problems getting a knife and fork. Housekeeping ignores "do not disturb" sign.Supposed "a la carte" restaurants have one sitting and bookings start at 10am and are all booked by 10.30. People in queue told to come back next day and qyueue again. When i complained to guest relations I was told to change hotels if I didn't like it which i would happily have done if I hadn't already paid up front. I ended up spending a lot of money on food outside the hotel as even the snack bar wasn't open at the times it was supposed to be. 29 degrees temperature but A/C didn't work for 3 days. People are processed at this hotel, not treated like guests. Everything is offered as per the description but at an absolute minimum. I have stayed in better 3 star hotels. Stay here only if you are not wanting to be an individual and loved being at school, being herded and have no great expectations, and if you are not happy do not expect to be listened to or to be given your money back to move hotels. Choose therefore carefully where you stay in Kemer or like me you could also be waiting to be released from what felt like incarceration. Hotel architecture Great.
