“Good deal and stay with Sheraton Voyager Antalya!”

Hotel met our expectation. Professionalism, hospitality, and customer service were all 3 elements viable during our stay. Hotel location was convenient close to bazaars, malls, cafes, restaurants, and 3 minute drive to the beach. Minor problems with internet connection in hotel room but perfect in different parts of the hotel. Nice spa, gym, pool, and food. I would definetly pay another visit there when an opportunity pops up. Also, Sheraton team followed up on my luggage that was delayed/lost during my trip till received and delivered to my room.

“Very impressed!”

This is my first time here, and I was not sure what to expect, seeing some different reviews. But from the very beginning the staff was very helpful and tried to see to all our needs. They gave us a great room with a great view. Room service was good, but we had to remind them a couple of times to come, but partly our fault for staying in the room too long. On the last evening of our trip, my computer had stopped working, and the staff helped me find a working computer to copy some photos I had taken. We ate almost all our meals at the hotel, and the food and service was excellant, with good variety and fresh and tasty. The waiters would do anything for us, even preparing special deserts for my sweetheart at no extra charge. This is a beautiful hotel, set on well landscaped grounds with very nice swimming pools.

“Great views, Great Facility, Reasonable location”

Visited Antalya for business and arrived a few days early to see the sites. Location of the Sheraton was great for the views, not so much if you wanted to get to the Kaleci or Antalya old city harbor. We had a room on the fifth floor, with astounding views of Antalya Bay, (not the harbor) Konyalti beach (stretches for 2.5 miles to the west of the Sheraton, and the snow-capped mountains in the distance to the West. Amazing. Antalya antiquity museum is right around the corner on foot (5 min walk) and tram stop to go down town is right by the museum. However, the tram only runs every 30 mins and it seems like we missed each and every one by 1 minute. Then the tram stopped at about 9:30 pm, and we had to take a taxi back to the Sheraton at 10 pm. Again, none of this was particularly terrible, it just required you to do a little more planning. Overall the hotel is great, great grounds, and easy access to major roads. (It is however, on the opposite side of Antalya from the airport and congested traffic and poor (or absent) Turkish road signs can make this a one hour drive.) Note that this hotel is not on the beach. It is about a half mile up a bluff from the water.

The hotel was of high quality avnd the staff friendly and helpful. The SPA was excellent and the suroundings great. Good walking distance from town centre, beach and shopping centre. Recommend this hotel for singles, couples and families!

“Perfect Hotel Location in Antalya!”

The Sheraton Voyager Antalya was a perfect choice for instant access to the beach, short distance from the marina for dining and shopping, and they provide a secure car park if you hire a rental. The breakfast buffet every morning was fabulous. The staff was very friendly! Made us Texans proud of their hospitality. We used Antalya as our base city and drove out to visit Aspendos, Perge, Side, Termessos, Demre. The hotel definitely made our vacation that much more enjoyable.

“High Marks for Antalya and Sheraton Voyager !”

From the moment we walked into the lobby of The Sheraton Antalya, Our expectations were exceded. Each time I walked by the reception area, they called me by My name. The service was amazing and the area around the Hotel beautiful. This was My Fiancee and My first trip together outside of Our Countries and We look to return when possible. We took two great tours and enjoyed five massages. The spa staff were very professional and of most help. My Fiancee speaks only Russian and was assisted by a marvelous Russian speaking Lady and a great staff of Ladies. Thank to all for a wonderful stay.

“Highly recommended”

The Hotel was in a good location, about 1km walk or tram from the old city, away from the all inclusive hotels so it's quite private. The beach (just a short walk from the hotel although shuttles are available during high season) is a bit rocky rather than sandy on this side though but didn't affect our enjoyment. Loads of great restaurants by the beach for the evening if you don't want to go into the city. Hotel itself was very nice and our room was perfect with a sea view and nice sized balcony. Food and service was very good and the pool area was glorious.

It was my first stay in a Sheraton hotel. My wife and I enjoyed our vacation in Antalya. The hotel staff was tactful and helpful. I heard that Sheraton hotels provide high quality service and I highly recommend this hotel in Turkey.
