great hotel,great views fantastic pool area.Posted Oct 16, 2013
Pros: cleanliness, friendly efficient staff, great pool and gardens, great views, convenient location out of town but right on city tram drop which is fun
Cons: extend the a la carte menu, food is good but menu is limited. Turn the music down inhotel next door (impossible I know)
Location: location good west of city on coast. visit Antalya museum 5 mins, visit ancient ruins of Perge 30 mins by taxi 45 Euro return, it is breathtaking.
magnificent views, ask for east wing(sea view) or west wing(sea and mountains) food and beverage a little expensive in comparison to great local restaurants which are 5 mins walk along the coastal road towards the city and feature magnificent clifftop views, superb at around sunset. Beach is a 10 min shuttle bus ride from hotel and is disappointing (all stone and pebbles) Hotel pool and gardens are magnificent (better than beach) Hotel is clean and modern, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and bright. Nearby Antalya Museum (5 mins on foot) is well worth a visit. Would recommend this hotel heartily. Sadly main drawback when staying in east wing was noise from adjacent hotel pool area where the DJ was committed to playing Turkish and Russian pop music at maximum volume from noon until early hours

Nice but need reviewPosted Sep 26, 2013
The hotel looks nice and elegant, however need to review for example the furnitures ( old)... One more nigative side is the communication with staff... They dont speak english. If I call reception, it was very hard to explain them anything... Overall everything else was good. The buffet breakfast and dinner were great and tasty and lots to choose from!

That's democracy!Posted Aug 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
Topless people versus burka people around swimming pool. An interesting but not romantic sight. Staff is awesome but yet inexperienced. Very helpful and friendly though. Mrs. Side at the reception desk was very professional, friendly and helpful. If we were to visit Rixos again, she would be the main reason. :)

Perfect Hotel for every kind of Traveller.Posted Aug 17, 2013
Pros: Comfort, spaciousness, cleanliness, location, quality and choice of food, friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Terrible Wi-Fi !!!
Location: Old city 25 minutes tram ride, beach/sea front 5 minute walk(shuttle apart) airport 25 minutes. /
Excellent location, 25 minute tram ride after a 5 minute garden walk to the tram stop, to the historical old city. Shuttle apart, covered 5 minute walk down to the beach/sea front. Main restaurant - many choices at both breakfast and dinner, very pleasant staff, spacious and comfortable. Very reasonable price for this self- service dinner if not part of inclusive deal. Restful and comfortable lounges and bar areas. Large pool area, excellent service of food and drink. Prompt room cleaning service. Public areas always being cleaned/polished. Helpful reception and customer relations staff, latter for trips etc. Airport 25 minute taxi ride 20 to 30 Euro. My only complaint - extremely poor Wi-Fi, bad and unreliable connection, sporadic.

Good deal in high season compared to the resorts.Posted Aug 13, 2013
Pros: The space of the room and the view from the room.
Cons: Staff to be more helpful and more friendly. Hotel needs overall renovation.
Located in downtown area with no direct beach access. Old hotel in general that needs renovation. Very noisy rooms with loud noise of water running in adjacent rooms. We had a flood of water in the bathtub and bathroom floor due to poor maintenance which is very inconvenient. The towels are not clean had to change them many times. Poor supply of toilet amenities. Food quality is average. Staff not friendly and not helpful. The room space is great. The view from the room is amazing. The hotel is spacious overall which is nice. The slow WIFI free connection is acceptable. Overall you expect more from a five stars hotel like this one.

Great relaxing scenic hotelPosted Aug 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is very well maintained and clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and spoke English well. The breakfast buffet is beyond with a million options (the coffee could use some improvement though). The pool is huge, relaxing and very well maintained. Guests should know that, though the hotel is on the water, it is not on the beach. It is up on a cliff and the beach is down below. You can walk to the beach in 20 min or take a shuttle that leaves every hour. I only had 2 small complaints. My masseuse tried to sell me additional services in the middle of my massage which I thought was tacky and not relaxing. However, the massage itself was amazing. Second, they need to work on the quality of their cocktails. They don't have limes so I couldn't order mojitos, gin and tonics, etc.

Great hotel with excellent staff and facilities.Posted Jul 9, 2013
Pros: Breakfast, all the facilities, stafff
Cons: Warm tea/coffee at breakfast
Location: Not Ideal if you want to see more of Antalya
A beautiful hotel with excellent staff on the door, at reception. Particularly, Side and Osman. Lovely spacious room. Great, clean pool. Excellent Wifi in both rooms we stayed in. On the entrance, there was a station with drinks and some sweet treats- Delightful! Fantastic choice at breakfast. Service from the female staff was very good and they were so kind to my baby. Some of the male staff were not very attentive. The only complaint about breakfast was that the tea/coffee was luke warm rather than hot. Location of hotel was not ideal if you want to see more of antalya. E.g. old town Kelechi was a 15 min taxi ride away as was the local supermarket and shopping mall. Also nearest beach was a pebble beach which really hurts to walk on but the sea was stunning.
