Nice walking area and bench areas 150m from hotel with nice views of cliffs. Mall is close by. Quiet area. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. Kind older man in the mornings for breakfast and nice front desk people. Helped me with all my many bags and made conversations each day. I really enjoyed that. Made my stay pleasant. When I was very very sick from a stomach infection, I had mentioned it to the front desk and later that day someone had called my room to check on me. Very thoughtful. House keeping us very good at their job, rooms were immaculate and floors were very clean. Most places your feet are dirty if you don’t walk around with shoes not here. My room was dirty when I arrived by mistake and they upgraded me to the triple room and allowed me to stay there during my whole stay. No messy switching rooms back and forth. Appreciated that as well. Breakfast was nice for an included meal. Shampoos and soaps we’re also good quality no dry skin. Towels were also very clean. Nice facilities and clean. Pool was nice as well. Just a bit slippery walking around. Overall great stay and would recommend.

Average place not good breakfast
Breakfast was very basic to what’s shown on booking, no soft drinks not a great variety of food nothing hot available. Lunch available only on order. They charge you at checkout for water bottles consumed. Swimming pool closed at 6pm which was a shame as that’s the ideal time to unwind. Bathroom smelt of damp an sewage all the time. Staff were polite at all times.

Hot breakfast items are pastries, bagels, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages with sauce, fried sausage, pastries, egg rolls, pancakes, potato chips, mixed fried (eggplant, zucchini, pepper, cauliflower), mini pizza, cheese and herb bread and this hot variety of breakfasts change from day to day. Free bottled water is provided daily in the minibar in your rooms. If you want more, you can get it from the bar for a fee. Pool hours are set in the best way for our valued guests, because this is done so that the pool can be cleaned very well for your health. Rooms are cleaned daily according to your request. You can inform the reception when there is any cleaning issue in your room, they are always ready to help you. Thank you for your understanding. Hope to see you again!

A pleasant surprise...
Valuefor money this place is spot on. Not perfect but the pool makes up for it. Would we come again most definitely. It was close to out denist, the best shopping mall and on a great bus route to the centre and old town.

When you will take a shower, bathtube will be floaded and water goes to all bathroom . On the celings of the bathroom there was a worm or indect nest. You can hear noise from neighboring rooms. Wifi is not working well...so this hotel is terrible. We regreted make booking here.

Very friendly staff in reception and they speak good English, the rooms are clean and there is a lovely pool outside, enjoyed swimming, unfortunately I was late for breakfast so I can’t comment on the food, but the staff are brilliant

+++ Hotel's staff was trying to solve the problems on the room. Receptionist girl is always cheerful and smiling. My room's furnitures were comfortable. - - -There was no hot water on the room for bathing. Breakfast was not sufficient and there was no variety. Moreover, my room is far away to hotel's facilities and Wi-Fi connection is not good enough for internet usage (Low slow)

The property was closed to the sea and short drive to the nearest shopping mall. Enough space for a family of 4 and close to taxi. Also close to restaurants and small shops. Hotel is dated and facilities are old, showers doors are broken and chairs and carpet in rooms are stained. TV's don't work and there is no digital stations. The AC works and swiming pool is cleaned. Breakfast is limited, especially for kids where there is only milk to drink so we take our own drinks for kids. There could be more variety of cereal or breakfast options. I would say this hotel is more like a 2.5 star rated , although in a nice location, its not a hotel I would book again or recommend for families who have young kids.

First of all, the rooms conditions are really bad, with damp ceiling, AC doesn’t work and the breakfast is terrible with no water or fresh orange as you would expect for usual breakfast. The staff are terrible with their poor attitude, theree is more to this but I will advice to steer away from this hotel

The staff were very friendly and the hotel is close to the seafront & cafes/restaurants. Our room was not particularly clean when we arrived and the balcony door lock did not work. There is no shower by the pool and no bar? The staff were lovely and always helpful though!

The flush button in the bathroom wasn’t even cleaned/ The shower head was full of limestone/ Our blankets were stained in period blood. They were clean but that’s still disgusting/ The announcement on ebookers said there was a pool but when we got there it was not even available yet

Pleasant but needs a few updates.
This was our second time in Niss Lara. We came a couple of years back. Everything was as pleasant as before for a 3 star hotel. The location is perfect for walks along the cliffs and the Duden waterfall. Amenities are also not far. The staff are always very welcoming. The hotel itself has become alittle dated and needs improvements. The air conditioning system is slow and sticky. TV channels are all Turkish, but the TV is placed in the wrong place and we keep hitting it each time we pass by the bed. There was damage in our ceiling due to a leak and the bad winter weather that needs looking at. We had booked for 5 people, however only 3 bedding was provided. When we asked for more we were told there wasnt enough due to laundry. We were given more sheets but it was still a cold night for 1 night. The second night we were provided with the extra duvets. Breakfast is nice. A few heated items mostly a cold breakfast. Overall I would give it a 7/10. I was say that it is mostly due to the nice staff that I would consider coming back again next time and the location.

Worst hotel I’ve staying in be warned.
I checked into a room which was disgusting.. Obviously undergoing work but bed was still made up!! I went downstairs to reception.. It took me 3 attempts to tell receptionist the room was terrible.. He then had to look for himself. He then offered me another room next door to the first one. The hall way carpet was filthy!! And on entering the second room.. Yes it was better but window wouldn’t shut, safe not secure to wall, so that could go for a walk!! Damp and limescale in bathroom. No kettle.. I went to ask for a kettle, my reply was “Go in restaurant and use water from a big water urn!!! Maybe you get kettle tomorrow.. My mind made up!!!! I was leaving… After showing the receptionist my photos, he asked if I would forward to a number in his phone Niss Lara.. Niss Lara at not willing to give me a refund as they said they offered me another room!!! Im now awaiting Hotel.com to intervene.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.. I work away a lot and have stayed in many hotels, this is far the worst I’ve seen in my 54 years.. The hotel is a disgrace to Antalya. I could only load 8 photos.

The property was ok. We liked the pool area but wished there were lights at night. There are lights in the pool but not around the area. They serve what seems to be a standard Turkish breakfast. So if you are use to a standard American breakfast this is not for you. But for the price including a breakfast, you can’t complain. The staff was helpful. Room was small but doable. I distilled shower because water went all on floor because no door to shower just a side glass panel. Was tired of cleaning water with towels everyday. I didn’t complain because it wasn’t nothing the hotel could do. One suggestion for guest is to keep valuables on you or safe because money was missing from my purse after we come from breakfast/swim. I told reception and she just suggested a code for safe. Nothing else was done. Another guest told me that he was missing $200 usd after breakfast but wasn’t sure what happened until I shared my story with him. Well, after that, I requested no one to enter my room. Overall, hotel is ok. If you like walking, you can explore nice restaurants and sea side views around but taxi for tourists things. Thanks

Very nice hotel. Seaside and amazing park is juts in a few min walk. A lot of dinning options around. Rooms are stylish and clean. Definitely recommend!

Entspricht nicht der Erwartung
Das Zimmer war sauber, aber klein, der Duschkopf ist oben fixiert, es scheint somit nicht möglich, dass der Duschboden jemals gereinigt werden kann, er war auch entsprechend glitschig und unhygienisch. Glasabtrennung zu klein, daher nasser Boden im Bad nicht vermeidbar. Es gibt keine Bar und kein Restaurant!! Man kann auf schmuddeligen Werbebroschüren etwas zum Essen aussuchen, das wird dann vom jeweiligen Restaurant geliefert, Empfehlungen dazu gibt es nicht. Frühstück wurde fertig auf Teller serviert mit Pommes, abgepackte Butter , Marmelade etc. Ok in Coronazeiten. Der Speiseraum bzw. Aufenthaltsraum gleicht einer Jugendherberge ohne Gemütlichkeit, nur Tisch und Stühle, sehr lieblos und ungemütlich. Positiv ist freies Entnehmen von Tee und Kaffee aus der Maschine. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit und Preis Leistung auch gut, jedoch sollte man sich nicht erwarten was in der Beschreibung angekündigt wird. Also keine Bar und kein Restaurant im Hotel!!!

Great Staff and clean hotel
Staff were brilliant. Kumar who works at night shift was an absolute gentleman. And the blonde hair girl was also very sweet. These guys went around there way to help me find my way around Antalya. They could improve breakfast by simplifying it. But with good people at the hotel you get an overall great holiday experience. Would definitely come again. If I ever have any plans in Antalya.
