Would Stay Again.
The hotel was in ok condition and I appreciated the small balcony in the standard room. The location was a short walk to coastal views and a quick walk to bus stops that take you to the mountains. Breakfast was enough to start the day. The mattress in room 1401 was a little uncomfortable. However, all staff were friendly.

The overall experience was good. The restaurant staff were attentive and helpful. Food was a bit repetitive but good salad choice. Receptionist was a bit fierce. Lovely swimming pool although a bit near to outside dining space. Comfort !!! The mattress need looking at they are not comfortable, this has been mentioned in previous reviews. I spoke to other guests and they all mentioned the uncomfortable mattresses. They need sorting. Overall a good value for money hotel

Great value for money hotel
Large, comfortable and exceptionally clean room. 20 mins walk into Antalya, cheap tram at bottom of street. Pool was lovely with lots of comfy sun beds. Minor complaint - the system check in was very slow but other than that it was perfect for our needs

Hotel is in a good location, 20 mins walk to the old town or jump a taxi right outside reception, plenty of small supermarkets, pharmacys and other shops close by for essentials. Its clean and looked after and being on my own, the area is safe at night, even at 3 in the morning!! They offer a free transfer to local beaches, didn't use it but its there if you want it. Room was good enough for the price, cleaned each day with fresh towels, coffee, tea, sugar and bottled water, buy some milk locally, aircon was good enough. The wifi was good, staff friendly, the pool although small was clean with comfy sun loungers. Breakfast was a little lacking, dont expect a full English, saying that you wont find one in resort either so its par for the course. Had a look at the evening meal and same goes so full board isnt worth it, there are loads of restaurants in the old town, didnt find them at first but when i did i had a ball, Dubh lin bar sells Guiness!! Roberts coffee is worth a visit for dinner, go to the end of the street towards the sea, cross the road and through the security barriers slightly to the right, modern and the foods good. Only downside is theres a Mineret very, very close to the hotel so 4.30am its full blast call to prayer, i was in direct line on the 6th floor overlooking the pool, you have been warned!! Happy travels.

Great Hotel in the middle of town
Great oasis in the middle of Antalya with balconies on the rooms and a pool and garden to enjoy. Food was excellent and the staff were good. The hotel only has small rooms and some balconies are tiny but overall a great stay as we enjoyed Antalya from this base

I booked a double room for my husband and Myself 6 weeks in advance and informed the hotel we would be a late check in. When we arrived at 2.30am we were given a family room which was very disappointing especially as looking into other rooms they were far superior. The kitchen area was dirty and the balcony was also filthy. I told reception the next day and they said they would change our room on the Friday which was the day we were leaving so not much point. VERY disappointing and certainly won’t be returning.

The food was barely edible; there was no real choice, just a matter of which salad you wanted. The swimming pool was frankly pathetic, too small to even be called a pool. The beds were so rough so that you couldn’t get a single good night of sleep without suffering from pack pain. The cleanliness of the hotel is also at doubt: sometimes days would pass without your room being cleaned, to the point where you would have to call up reception to request something so simple. In short, I don’t recommend this hotel at all. The city itself was considerably more pleasant, on the other hand, I can definitely recommend visiting.

There was a bold head man average woight make us uncomfortable because he was approaching pritty women residing inside the hotel and chatting them uncomfortable manner, that he was one of the staff in kitchen, it wasn't good for my son or children to see those events.

Laguna Hotel is nice and close to the more interesting parts of Antalya, like the museum and waterfront, and the room that I had was comfortable with a nice view of the courtyard. I have no particular complaints about the experience.

The hotel was good and also the breakfast , dinner &the location. I just give a bad point to the cleaner , who treated us roughly & angrily , I don't know why? Once I asked her to change the towels daily but she answered me that the changing is every two days & I have two children and the room will definitely be a bit dirty. But the other staff treated us kindly.
