Great location and valuePosted Nov 8, 2013
Pros: Service, restaurants, garden
Location: Harbor, shopping, restaurants, museum
Stayed two nights. The room was comfortable and had a coffee maker. Breakfast buffet had scrambled eggs, breads, sliced meats, fruits, cereal. The staff at the hotel and restaurants were excellent and service was exceptional. The outdoor eating area for the restaurants was a beautiful garden which is not to be missed. We had to walk thru this garden to get to our room which was a pleasant experience (not your typical hotel lobby). Great value for the hotel price and level of service. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great hotel, wonderful location, superb ambiance.Posted Oct 17, 2013
Pros: We loved the location of the hotel being in the heart of the old city. We were also able to walk to other parts of the more modern parts of Antalya.
Cons: The Bed was old.
Location: In the old city, with plenty of interesting shops, great restaurants, and wonderful old historic streets and buildings.
We were celebrating our first wedding anniversary, and couldn't have chosen a better hotel and location. The hotel is located in the heart of the old city, thus the hotel is old, but has been nicely updated with all the modern amenties such as flat screen TV, adequate bathroom with shower, A/C, and hardwood floors. The staff were excellent, always helpful. Breakfast was traditional European with plenty of salads and breads unlike American standard with hot dishes.

Would love to go backPosted Oct 12, 2013
Location: Lovely beaches with view of high mountains, many excellent restaurants.
Nice hotel, unbelievably beautiful location. Very hard to drive there. You must pass a booth with a barrier where you take a ticket in order to enter the old city. The old city streets are narrow, often one-way and very confusing at first. You need hotel staff to open their parking lot for you. As we were driving a rental car, we had to have a staff member show us how to get there. No problem if you're not driving.

Wonderful hotel in the centre of old Antalya.Posted Sep 26, 2013
Pros: The attentive, friendly staff and the excellent food in the Seraser restaurant.
Cons: Different Turkish food was served each night in the garden restaurant. However this could have been advertised better, with brief explanations of the
Location: Antalya is a gem to explore. There are also wonderful archaeological sites within easy reach- Termessos, Perge, Aspendos, and Side.
There was a lovely feeling of cool calm in the courtyards and gardens. The staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful.

Quality hotel with interesting history.Posted Sep 17, 2013
Pros: Historic beauty; elegant, but not overly so. Proximate to interesting sites in Old Harbor district on Antalya.
Cons: Lighting in stairs; seems to be a universal issue in Turkey.
Location: Historic harbor area is fascinating; maze of streets.
One night stay en route to other locations. Would like to have stayed longer in what was clearly an excellent hotel in a desirable location. Great breakfast!

Intriguing hotel in the middle of the old townPosted Sep 12, 2013
Pros: Food, staff, interesting room
Cons: Pool closed at 7pm, would have been nice to have it open a bit later in the summer.
Location: Souvenir shopping, also near the harbour and old town
Just spent one night here as we were passing through Antalya. The hotel is excellent, rooms are very interesting and varied and spread across several buildings, around some pedestrianised streets. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 2pm, but the staff were very apologetic and offered us a free drink whilst it was sorted. We had dinner in the Seraser fine dining restaurant, it looks expensive but the food was fantastic, well worth the price, around £50 for 2 with wine.

Fabulous Place to Stay in Antalya!Posted Aug 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
I was very impressed with the Tuvana Hotel. It is a complex with several restored Ottoman style buildings that has been tastefully appointed and impeccably managed and operated. All services and service staff were first rate. Owner/management are very approachable and interested in helping in any way possible. Had a bit of difficulty finding the hotel initially as it is located in the old city itself which makes vehicle access a challenge. But the staff came out once we found it and parked our rental car in their facility. Great for daytrips around Antalya! We will be back!

nice place to stay for a few daysPosted Aug 19, 2013
Cons: Swimimg pool oeration time needs to be extended to at least 8 pm.
Location: In the middle of old town, everything is nearby. Beach is reached easily. The only thing we had hard time is to find a market for fresh local fruits
The taxi driver had hard time to find the hotel. Hotel buildings were beautifully decorated and maintained. Our room was tiny, and two twin beds were small. Breakfast was OK with lots of food. We had no chance to use the swimming pool for 3nights/4days stay, because children were playing or due to closure time at 7 pm (I think it is too early). Despite of the temperature outside (40 degree celsius), airconditioning was working OK.

first experience of turkeyPosted Aug 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
Very nice antique / traditional-style hotel on the old town winding street section of Antalya. Very safe and lively; locals happy to direct me back to the hotel any hour of the day. Several ancient / historical sights nearby, but it was too hot for me to tour. Nearby shops offered more designer knockoffs (handbags, shoes, clothing) than all of Manhattan! Very limited shopping. The local beach, below a lovely terrace restaurant, down many staircases is paid - 8 TL for a sunbed and umbrella placed on the tiny shoreline or wooden platforms. Posted lifeguard (not wearing traditional orange bathing suit or noticeable t-shirt) in the small buoyed cove. I didn't partake (I like to swim before 8:30 am, don't bake in the sun, nor wanted to leave my stuff there for a late afternoon dip) . Harbor area safe at night, but depressing at night with tour boat operators beckoning, wildlife (cats, ducks and a rabbit feasting), dingy boats with dodgy full time occupants doing their thing. Nice hotel; depressing "old town".
