Great Hotel

Posted Sep 1, 2014
We only stayed one night due to our travel plans, but it was a very pleasant stay. The staff was very cordial and helpful, the room was superb, and the breakfast was unsurpassed. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who wants to be outside the crazy traffic of the Phoenix metro area.

Friendly hotel in Anthem AZ

Posted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: Clean, quiet, friendly staff, great location. Doesn't get much better for a night or two while traveling.
Cons: Everything was well above average.
Great place to stay on I-17 about 30 miles north of PHX. Next to a nice outlet mall and freeway, but quiet.

Another perfect stay

We have stayed there before and loved it. Just wouldn't dream of staying any where else when we visit family in the Phoenix area. Your rooms were clean & had great room service. We love your morning breakfast menu, there is something yummy for all our family. Also, enjoyed your pool & Jacuzzi. Thanks Hampton Inn.

the missing bracelet

Posted Aug 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
my wife forgot her black leather pandora bracelet with three charms on the bathroom counter in room 322. a few hours later when she realized what she had done she called and spoke with Victoria who told her that she can't help her and needs to call back the next day. we did and my wife was told that it was not there perhaps she left it in a bag. as this bracelet is very special to her she would have had it on her wrist and not a suitcase or bag. this incident ended our trip on a sour note

Close to Anthem Outlets, right across the street!

Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: love the location to the outlets and easy to find
Cons: wish there were more cooked breakfast food. there was only scrambled eggs and gravy & biscuit. waffles are amazing! bigger tv for double rooms
Location: shopping at anthem outlets, across the bridge is anthem park to go walking/running and grocery store for fresh food items.
Great experience here, i love their morning waffles, yum!

Conference in Anthem

Posted Aug 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
My stay at Hampton Inn Anthem was superb. I was able to walk across the street to convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants, and the AnthemCivic Center just a few blocks away. The pool, Lounge, and Business Center/Computers were excellent and well-placed. THANK YOU for placing this Hampton Inn in such a strategic location. I had no idea that this planned community of anthem was so pristine and beautiful - and so close to Phoenix. I would gladly stay here again in the future.

Not as good as last time I stayed

Posted Aug 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
The clerk said he couldn't find my reservation and it was the fault of the computer. I kept saying "Expedia, Expedia". No joy. Then I showed him the confirmation on my phone and he said "Oh, Expedia! Yeah here it is". The waste basket in the bathroom was full to the brim. The clerk didn't bother calling the staff to turn the air conditioner on even though the temp outside was 101 and the curtains were wide open and facing the sun. I told the clerk about the garbage and he said "Oh" and did nothing. Otherwise OK.
